Before I purchased on-line, I called the store to see if the product was right for me. The member of staff was very informative and knowledgeable about Bose products. After a 10 minute conversation I was happy with all information I had been given and continued to purchase my product online. Delivery was promo and well packaged. I will be buying from BBSTORE in the future.

I know very little about the technical side, being a single woman of 50-ish and still love to listen to CD's and radio, but that was not a problem for me as everything was explained and help was always available, without having to go through, press 1, press 2..blah blah
When I required a cable, to my surprise it was on my doorstep 10.00hrs the next day, now that is brilliant service.
I also have the confidence to update in the future, when new equipment becomes available, as I know the customer service and technical advice will be 100% as it has been till now.
My son who is 27 was so knocked out by my systems and the service he has started to build his own sound system with Bose. I am not too old to teach him to appreciate quality.lol

Before purchasing a Bose speaker as a gift for my partner I researched prices, post and packaging costs and overall satisfaction of customers. Although I'd not heard of Bbstore it came high on the list so I decided to go ahead and make my purchase with them. Even though I could have purchased locally, even with postage costs the Bose worked out cheaper purchasing from Bbstore. Customer service was excellent as was communication. My Bose speaker arrived supper quick, well packaged and ready to go. I would highly recommend Bbstore to anyone thinking of making a purchase with them.

Some minor communication issues - just not appearing joined up at times. I had not used the store before but ultimately, the price was excellent, the product as described, promptly delivered and I would use them again.
