Dependable & Great Prices...
Despite the website not looking completely genuine the store offers genuine Bose products at the best price I've found in the UK. Their service was prompt and I had no issues with payment or delivery.
I'll be using BBStore again for sure.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff who give sound advice.
The level of service in specialist retailers is all too often geared to sell the most expensive products rather than what is best for the customer. Pleasantly this is not the case with Bbstore, the staff member in the shop was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and gave sound advice. I have purchased twice from Bbstore and on each occasion the service has been faultless. Their pricing is competitive and the delivery service was exceptional. I will be returning to by yet another component for my Home SoundTouch system.

Small Store, Second to None
We bought our daughter a Bose speaker dock for Christmas online. Sadly, it was faulty so we decided to take a trip to the BBStore in Sutton Coldfield.
The 2 guys there were so helpful and replaced the unit without quibble despite the surprise that the unit didn't work. They were so good that I left the shop with 2 Soundtouch 10 systems too!! Bravo!!
