Troy was very helpful. He made the extra effort to ensure that I had the correct wheels. I ordered 16” wheels and my SUV uses 17” wheels. I put winter tires on the 16” rims. I’ve used this setup for several years without a problem. Again, he took the time to double check that this setup will work.

BB wheels never shipped my item after a looong time. Look elsewhere first. If you still want to use them read the 90 plus complaints on Better Business Bureau site. Read the Yelp reviews. This was the most miserable order I have ever placed. Customer service is horrible. Staff attempted to commit insurance fraud with "Extend" tire road hazard insurance. Commercial tires are not eligible for road hazard. This did not stop them from trying to sell it. They said to lie and say the tires were for personal use. Dishonest seller.
