Too much plastic wrapping
Order arrived promptly. Good delivery communication. Quality of items seems good, although I haven't washed it yet.
The amount of plastic used in packaging was very disappointing - way too much plastic! Items I ordered are non-breakable, so all that non-recyclable plastic was absolutely unnecessary. Please look into alternatives such as recycled paper or potato starch 'plastic' wrapping. Being in the wellbeing sector I also care deeply for the wellbeing of the planet.

Thank you for your review.
We have actually recently made a pledge to reduce our plastic which goes out with our orders. Although they are all recyclable plastic, we want to reduce the amount that is going out in the first place. Soon all orders will have a single bag within an cardboard box to protect from dirt and moisture, which again will be a recyclable bag.

Sumptuous.
We used the jumbo sumptuous towels at Hassop Hall and found that they lived up to their name. We have now purchased them for our holiday cottage and home and are not disappointed. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I ordered 2 personalised bathrobes. They arrived promptly and were very good quality although they did shed quite a bit when they were unwrapped and after initial washing, I’m sure this will be short lived. Very happy with my purchases.
