Super fluffy

Super fluffy, soft and thick towels. Excellent quality, better than the upmarket high street brands. Prompt delivery. Will definitely order again.

The order went missing and I wrote to BC Softwear and got no response at all - I was left to deal with the delivery company.

Good Afternoon Bobby,

I have searched all possible mailboxes you could have emailed to and I cannot find an email from yourself. If we had received an email we would have of course dealt with the query in a timely manor.

I have tracked the parcel and can see it was requested to be delivered to a pick up point. From here it appears DPD had difficulty delivering it to the pick up point. It was eventually delivered and has been collected. Unfortunately once the parcel has left us, we are unable to control what happens.

Please note our phone number is 01628 642 940, and our office hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm where we would be more than happy to assist in the future.

Quick service

I ordered tpwels and a blanket from BC softwear. Order was delivered quickly and an email inquiry also answered promptly.Unfortunately i had to return one item however refund was not s problem snd regund received quickly. Good service!!

Super Soft Dressing Gowns are .... Super Soft

Anyone who is trade at least as they have another general customer set-up. However the dressing gowns (super soft) we ordered as samples were dispatched promptly and will be followed by an order for more. They are really super soft and light too. The company's brochure is very well produced and I think indicative of a rather well sorted organisation.
