Withdrawal = impossible, avoid at all costs!!!

I am waiting since end of 2024 to withdraw my balance. All that I get from BD Swiss are excuses.

I don’t know if it’s a pyramid scheme or something else but you should stay far away from them!!!

Withdrawal Delayed – Complaint Filed with Regulator

I’m a client from the UAE, and my withdrawal via debit/credit card has been delayed for more than a month

I contacted BDSwiss support multiple times but received only copy-paste responses blaming “technical issues” with no resolution.

I have now filed an official complaint with the FSC Mauritius (their regulator under BDS Markets).

This experience is unacceptable. A regulated broker should process withdrawals in a timely and transparent manner.

They are completely unreliable. I have been trying to withdraw my funds for over nine months, but each time, they respond with vague and diplomatic excuses, claiming they are working to resolve the issue. Do not trust them under any circumstances. I have solid proof to back up my claims.

This company held my withdrawal for over 3 weeks and later deducted $34 as inactivity fee and held unto the balance perhaps looking for another reason for illegally deduction. Trade with them at your own risk

I can't say much but it doesn't make sense for a broker like BDSwiss not processing withdrawals for close to a year now! They are not even concerned about it, all they do is reply with automated message that their team is looking into it. A whole year! Solving a withdrawal issue. Trade with them at your own risk. Deposits working very well but not withdrawals???

Unfortunately,I have deposited amount few months ago with this broker.Initially they were ok but it's been months they are holding my withdrawal and now the support team also disappeared suddenly.it means the company is clearly fraud 🤥.I want them to just issue my pending withdrawals

They start off kind and helpful until it is time to take some out your balance then it's all kinds of delay tactic to get you to commit more, how to navigate schemes like this?, check bio photo for info

I am waiting for withdrawal more than two weeks. But there are some people who are waiting months. Just read other fresh comments after Oct 2024. They stopped working after this date.

Worst company going! My money got stuck.
Didn’t bother refunding. Just became aggressive and argumentative. Waste of time. Do not trust this broker because they are unpredictable, unprofessional and they use unstable deposit addresses. Your funds are never safe.

Bad company!! My savings would have been gone if not for the details in my user name or bio photo helped me in retrieving my funds of $10,000 that I invested

Does anyone know if there's a class action lawsuit against BD Swiss regarding withdrawals? If so, I would like to join.

At this point, they just stop responding altogether. I tried to send emails they do not answer. This is frustrating that you go through the trouble of getting a regulated broker and they turn out to be a scam Broker.

I enjoy trading using my mobile phone and there was no problem. But lately the mobile app is not working as well as the withdrawal

The length of time it took to receive my withdrawal worries me.
Since submitting the request two weeks ago, support has not gotten back to me.
In terms of name review I may invest with them and get real funds with ease.

I wouldnt wish this broker on anyone , they would try to lie to you , glad i listened to my aid and got my case settled.

They are holding over10k of my money and refusing to allow withdrawal. They say its a technical issue but its been nearly 6 months.All of their top executives jumped ship. DO NOT deposit any money with them, ypu WILL NOT be able to get it out..These guys either went bankrupt or are going bankrupt..Take this as an honest warning. I deposited in October 2024 it is now 1st ofMay 2025

I would literally say that BDSwiss is a big scam in the financial history. It has held my deposit since 2nd Oct 2024. Everyday, I contact them, they reply with ready made messages excusing that they don't have enough info regarding withdraw. I worry about their support, what do they mean then?
