I got a leaflet from the registry…
I got a leaflet from the registry office for £20 discount from this company. I scanned the QR code and it made me enter my name and email address and it then showed an offer of 60 nappies and 6 packs of wipes was £59.87 but with discount and the voucher it would be £29.99.
For a 6 pack of wipes and 60 nappies in Aldi it's only £5.48. Clearly a scam as they claim the price is over 10 times what this would cost from the supermarket and even with the 'discount' I could still have bought over 5 times the same amount of nappies/wipes.
This is taking advantage of new parents who maybe aren't clued up on how much things cost. I mean, nearly £60 for a pack of nappies and some wipes?

We find that our customers have come to us because they have done detailed research on the range of nappies available and have made an informed choice for their baby. They are looking for an environmentally gentle and baby gentle product that will be very gentle on sensitive skin.
As a small, family run business in Devon we work hard to keep our prices low with excellent discounts, next day delivery, and free gifts for our regular mums and dads.
With these discounts we can be competitive with most supermarket brands but not necessarily with the very cheapest available in Aldi.
It is difficult to compete with these huge companies but we pride ourselves on our friendly customer service and planet kind, gentle products for baby. We believe that there should always be choice for parents and each parent and baby have different needs and priorities.

Slow delivery
I ordered a pack of £0.99 nappies samples on 28th November, and should receive my order on 30th November. (Their website says you'll get a next day delivery if you ordered before 3pm. If you ordered after 3pm then your package will come the day after.) However, I didn't receive my package until 4th December, which is really a BIG delay without any explanation. When my package finally arrived on 4th December, I was at home waiting all day, but the courier give my package to a neighbor that I don't know, he/she did not ring my door bell or even try to call me. This is ridiculous. Will never buy things here anymore.
* I appreciate the explanation message from Beaming Baby. I can now understand what was going on, so I will change my rate from 1 star to 3 star due to their fast reply and friendly comments. I would recommend Beaming Baby put some warning or explanation notes on their website or in confirmation emails, so costumers will understand that they may experience delays on their delivery during big seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas. Firstly can I say how sorry we are that you have had such a slow delivery of your trial pack. Unfortunately many Royal Mail deliveries over the Black Friday weekend seemed to have been slow - probably due to the huge increase in traffic during this time. As a result, instead of our standard next day delivery things were taking a few more days. Once again many apologies for this delay.

Best company I have every used
Best company I have every used, sell the highest quality nappies on the market have been using them for over 2 years never had an issue and my daughter has never had nappy rash when wearing beaming baby. I ordered nappies when I needed pull ups which was my error when I phone them a lovely man call Matt told me he would swap them straight away never had a company which treats there customers with such high regards.

In addition, you get Angels discounts on every single product, free delivery on all orders, and special Angels-only free gifts each month.
It sounds like you may have joined by accident, so I have cancelled your Angels now. You did have £20 credit on your account, so I have refunded that to your card right away.
Regarding the emails, we try to send one or two about our current website offers to keep our regular customers in the loop, and a couple of information emails about all things pregnancy, baby, and beyond! You can opt out of any of these at any time.

Excellent product with service to match
Making the decision to use Beaming Baby wasn’t easy, as honestly, the nappies are expensive vs others. However I’m so so pleased we did. Nappy quality for the last 4 years (with 2 kids) has been exceptional. Always quick delivery, and I’ve enjoyed the free samples with every order (4 years of stocking up on the free pull ups has paid dividends now!!). Always search “gold” on the site - much of the time there are “Goldsmiles” offers to take advantage of. Equally, don’t miss out on the BBAUG offers (replace with current month) for £5 off.
Customer service has always been incredible too. Tripping over themselves to help and accommodate. Free returns in exchange for the next size up as and when needed if you happen to order the wrong sizes.
Always easy. More pricey, but I was once told “If Henry VIII wore nappies, they’d still be in the ground now”. That was enough justification to spend that extra to ensure I didn’t leave 1000’s nappies buried for my great great great grandchildren to have to deal with.
I’ll miss shopping with BB. Thanks to you all for years of excellence.

Didn’t work and 100% satisfaction guarantee wasn’t honoured
Unfortunately the nappies I ordered did not work for my newborn and leaked every time we used them despite changing regularly something we haven’t seen with similar hypoallergenic/eco nappies. We also used lots more nappies than usual because of this, not exactly eco friendly with extra washing and changing.
I contacted customer services as it’s promised a 100% satisfaction guarantee (written all over the promotion and product) however 6 days later I am still waiting for a response, definitely not a satisfied customer; such a shame as they had some other lovely looking products advertised and a great ethos but I wouldn’t use again or recommend.

Great alternative to reusable nappies
We decided to use this nappies in the first weeks before we are ready to switch to reusable nappies. It meant that we had time to adjust to having a baby and new responsibilities without worrying about the environmental impact of all the dirty nappies we are throwing daily. The amount of nappies the baby makes dirty every day is huge in those first weeks so knowing they are not going to rot in the ground for hundreds of years is great. They are really good quality, did not leak and were very easy to use. No need for any creams as a baby bottom was very happy in them.
We would consider using them long term but we already invested in reusable nappies with our first born and kept them to use with the second one too as soon as we feel ready for the extra amount of laundry

Poor performance of new bamboo nappies
I very rarely write a review but felt compelled to on this one. Have used beaming Baby Biodegradable nappies since the birth of my first one who has sensitive skin. Was delighted with performance with few episodes of nappy rash. Delivery also very good. However at my last order I was informed that they have switched to Bamboo nappies with similar performance and better eco credentials apparently. After using them I have found the performance of the Bamboo nappies to be vastly inferior, they do not have the absorbing qualities and are much less flexible so frequently leak. This has lead to increased nappy usage, increased washing of soiled clothes, increased episodes of nappy rash and the children reporting less comfort. I feel the deterioration in performance is such that I would not buy these again having been a loyal customer for over 2 years. Delivery remains good, hence 2 not 1 stars.

Firstly can I say how sorry we are to hear that your little one has encountered nappy rash. This is really unusual and very disappointing. I can understand it must be very frustrating for you and distressing for your little one.

One of our reasons for developing the Bamboo range was to create a nappy which was more absorbent and softer. We have had overwhelmingly positive feedback from parents which makes it all the more disappointing for us that you have not found this to be the case for your baby.
One reason for a leaking or overly wet nappy can be because your baby has had a growth spurt and needs the next size up – if you would like to try the larger size please let us know and we can get some samples in the post to you.
Our Bamboo nappies have an outer layer of Organic Bamboo Spunlace Material and are free from Chlorine Bleach, Optical Whiteners, Fire Retardants. The absorbent layer is made from highly absorbent Sustainably sourced Organic Bamboo fluff. So we cannot think of anything in the actual make-up of the nappy that would irritate your baby’s skin.

Fantastic nappies
Fantastic nappies! No nappy rash in sight. Fit the little one so comfortably and last through the night. We've only had a few leaks and that is usually when there has been a major explosion!! Can not recommend these and the returns service to enough people. Fab!

I absolutely love these wipes
I absolutely love these wipes. They are just so nice and soft on my little ones skin. There have no harsh feel to them, good thick wipes not thin like the local supermarket ones, they come out of the packet easy and last for longer. I highly recommend these wipes.

Great nappies, great customer service
I've been using Beaming Baby for 3 years now, across 2 children, and have always had brilliant customer service from them. The nappies have never caused any nappy rash with either child, they're really absorbent and easily go through the night without being changed and still feel dry against the skin in the morning. Delivery is always prompt, its great being able to exchange sizes even when midway through a box, and last week a delivery got taken to a shop that I couldn't get to rather than my house; Matt couldn't have done more to fix the issue and instead sent me out a new pack next day delivery whilst he fixed the issues behind the scenes. I couldn't recommend more.
