I just ordered my first product from them, and it arrived within a matter of days. Everything went very smoothly, and their service was also great. I would highly recommend anyone to shop here for clothing!

I tried using this website 2 times, after having a bad experience, hoping the second time would be better. WRONG. Both times were similarly bad.
The company has only one way of shipping (flat rate) with no way to track your package. More than a week after I ordered, my account said that my order was still being processed. I found NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM, other than an e-mail (who knows if they check it) and a "live help" chat were you can leave a message.
Finally, I had to tell the bank to please not let this company charge me for antyhing since I went ahead and bought the pants from a different website that actually delivered.
After more than a week, I reiceived an e-mail from beatdrop saying that my order had not being placed and that I should go back and try again.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME???

Ive ordered from them at least 5 times with no problems. Orders arrive quickly and I have never had a problem.

I placed an order on April 20th, and it is now may 25th. The website states that item usually ship within 24-48 hours....and I have yet to receive it or an email explaining the status of my order after I've sent several emails. Also tried to call them, the number tells you to email them, and has a voicemail box that is so full that I can not leave a message.

Completelty unprofessional, I would not recommend doing business with them.

My opinion is not very good at the moment. I made an order on May 2nd and I still have not received it.. When I check my order information it still says processing. (Apparently I am not the only one who has had this problem.). Their site says if you have questions the fastest way to get a response is by sending an email. I would like to know what their definition of fast is. I have sent another follow-up email today. This site has neat stuff, but if you can't actually get the merchandise, what's the point.

Placed my order almost a month ago, and after a few failed attempts with the live chat support feature, I wrote an email asking about when my order would ship/arrive. I received a response about an hour later informing me that some of my items were on backorder and that they would send two shipments since my items were time sensitive. When my order shows up I will update my review to 3 stars. In the mean time it has been over 3 weeks with no change in order status, and I had to reach out to the site several times to receive any info on my order.

And they will not respond to me... This order was made LAST YEAR before Christmas and their customer support is non existent! I have sent many emails and heard nothing! TERRIBLE! I can't implore you enough to NEVER VISIT THIS SITE!

I ordered some tutus for a dancing thing that we were doing and everything arrived very quickly and the product was really great for the price.

This company does not know how to service paying customers. They neglect to respond to customers emails, their telephone number is never operational (it just goes to a voicemail that is full), and they will not voluntarily inform you if the product you ordered is back ordered. I finally had to have my credit card company charge back the cost of the merchandise. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
