I made an order that I found almost too good to be true, and at this point I'm thinking it was. I ordered 10 microlights(maxlights, otherwise known as nibblers), and I used a promocode to get %50 off every one of them.... Making my grand total 33 bucks plus s&h for a full set of lights... If that was a legit offer, I wouldn't be able to complain at all. However, Its been over a month since I offered, and they've only replied to 2 of my 7 emails wondering whats going on with my order that still reads "processing" on every item. In both of those 2 emails they told me that they were on backorder and that they were arriving in a day or 2 so my order should ship soon. So far.. nothing, and its been about 9 days since they last emailed me. After reading these reviews I'm giving it till the end of the weekend for a legitimate response and action before I contact my credit card company and get a charge back. Wish I would have done my research before hand and not relied on a bull shit website for my light needs (seeing as I was really counting on my getting my lights for several past and upcoming events)

this place is HORRIBLE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. takes literally a month to hear anything back from them. tried contacting them many times on every support line they have. and finally had to track them down on a forum to get any information at all.
my order stayed as "processing" for 3 weeks, then when i finally got ahold of them. they told me 2 of my items were out of stock (gee thanks for letting me know to begin with). then after not hearing anything at all for yet another week. i get a refund through paypal, not other note, no nothing. they just cancelled my order on me. NOT PROFESSIONAL.
other reviews i read make me believe i was lucky. many others state they get their items in 2 months, broken or with dead batteries. DO NOT ORDER FROM BEATDROPSCLOSET

I placed an order for one item on Feb 11th. I checked a few days later and there was a pending transaction on my checking account so all seemed well. I looked again a couple days after that and the transaction had totally disappeared. I logged into beatdrops and my order status still says processing. I sent them two emails and even left a message on their 'live' chat (which as far as I can tell is never logged on) and have received no response. If my payment had been declined or something I would just order from another store (although I know I have the money in the account), but since the situation seems so uncertain, I don't want to go ahead and order from somewhere else and end up with two charges and two sets of the same goggles. I really expected more from this site since a lot of my raver friends have given me good opinions on it. I wish I could say the same.

I placed an order on the last Thursday of January, and as of today (Feb 24th) I still have not received my order, nor have I received any email regarding my order. I've sent 3 emails so far, and still have not gotten a single response. This store seems to be legit, but they really need to pull their heads outta their @$$es and get on the ball. I didn't just give them money for them to mull my order around and never contact me. I'm highly irritated. The other review on this website states that they reply in minutes via email, but after two weeks, I still have not gotten a response.

So many selections and they had everything I was looking for. Light glow toys, dancing pants, cute backpacks, accessories. Not to mention they have very cheap belts! Their belts are cheaper than the retailer stores like Hot Topic! It seems that this site is the only site that is reasonable with prices. I am a very picky shopper and BeatDropsCloset.com had the best price. As for customer service, it is best to email them rather calling them. They reply the emails within minutes and clear up any confusion or mistakes. I plan to continue shopping at this store and check daily on what new products they offer.
