Never had a problem with any thing I have purchased from Beaufort ink, outstanding service and by far the best quality pen related goods around, the pen kits are definitely the best you can buy from anywhere in the world.

The pen kits are outstanding in quality, not only the kits but the quality of the ink supplied with the kits is of such a high standard.

With a quality kit you always want to make a pen that is worthy of its parts.

Everything I have ordered has been exceptionally good quality and is dispatched quickly.On the very rare occasion I have had an issue with an order a quick message or phone call and it’s dealt with.Lots of companies talk a good game about customer service but the test is how they respond when you have an issue and I cannot fault Beaufort in this regard.

As stated in the title, they provide top quality products for the pen and pencil maker whether from components ("kits") or not ( "custom"). By top quality I mean that they look great they are substantial, they are finished beautifully and function as well as they look.
Secondly, the service is excellent: always delivered on time and we'll packed, help available on the end of the phone and no trouble if there any problems - they will sort you out even if you need a spare because you've damaged a part.
Lastly the information on the site is excellent - not only making the pens, but finishing them and exhibiting them. And there is a gallery where they have photos of pens finished by customers .
As you can tell, I order from them regularly, and highly recommend them without hesitation.

I had a minor complication trying to process an order (due to where I live) and one quick and very pleasant telephone conversation later it was all resolved and my items appeared in the post quickly and without any hassle. Good old fashioned actually useful human customer service.

I have been purchasing products from Beaufort Ink since I began woodturning a number of years ago. I have purchased pen kits from a wide variety of sources but none even begin to compare with those from Beaufort.
Beauforts products are of very high quality. They are manufactured accurately and perform well. I have never had cause to complain or be disappointed with their pen kits. Every other manufacturer has always let me down. Beaufort pens are without compare and the advice, service and back up is exceptional. So much so that Beaufort has been the only company that I purchase pen kits from for a number of years.

Due to ill health has been a while since I bought any products from Beaufort Ink.

All I can say is when I was more active the company was good to deal with, product line was attractive and of quality, which can’t be said of some.

Would i recommend yes ! Based on past dealings, when fitter will definitely use once again.

Having had used many other manufacturers before, thought I would try Beaufort ink, and just ordered one to try was very impressed with the quality of the pen, so tried other's in their range and was just as good so keep up the good work.
