Even getting acknowledged when you walk in the door is hard. First time we visited in person we walked out after about 15-20 minutes of standing around. If someone does eventually come over though, they seem nice enough if semi-distracted. Always seems like their job isn’t sales/service and you’ve interrupted something else they where doing that was more important, but they do it cause there’s no one else available.

A huge thank you to Brianna at Beaumont Tiles Warrnambool. As a first-time renovator, I was feeling a little overwhelmed, but Brianna made the entire experience easy and stress-free.
She was clear, efficient, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. She took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and make sure I felt confident in the decisions I was making.
Nothing seemed too much trouble, and her friendly, professional approach made what could have been a daunting experience genuinely enjoyable. I left feeling excited about my renovation rather than stressed.
I highly recommend Brianna and the team at Beaumont Tiles Warrnambool. Exceptional customer service and a great experience from start to finish.

I ordered my bathroom floor tiles late at night on 2/6/26.Found the size my tiler recommended in a shade that was compatible with older floor tiles. A bath was removed for a wheel in shower for my husband, and the job nearing completion. Not only will the tiles be delivered in time for the next stage but Rebecca Pezzinga at Retail Support was able to reassure me the forklift could access our laneway.

I had a disappointing experience during the home selections process, particularly in relation to clarity and communication around upgrade costs.
At the time of the appointment, I selected certain upgrades based on what was explained. However, after reviewing the documentation afterwards, I found multiple items had been recorded as upgrades without being clearly explained as separate chargeable components during the consultation.
This included confusion around the full-height tiling in the ensuite WC area compared to the approved plans, as well as additional upgrade items such as grout selections which were not clearly disclosed as extra costs at the time.
When I raised these issues, the response I received focused on charging a $400 administration fee to amend the selections, rather than addressing whether the items had been correctly explained and recorded in the first place.
In my view, the process lacked transparency in clearly distinguishing between standard inclusions and upgrade costs. This led to unnecessary confusion and follow-up disputes after the appointment.
Addtionally, We had our selections appointment for our build and overall the process around the tiling selections felt unclear and not well managed from a customer perspective.
The tile selections were completed as the first stage of our appointment, however at that point the full scope of the kitchen design had not yet been finalised. As a result, it was not possible to fully understand the overall quantities and coordination between different areas at the time of selection.
When I later needed to revisit or adjust part of the selections after receiving updated information, I was advised that a $400 administration fee would apply, as it would require reopening an appointment and being treated as an additional selection session.
From a customer experience perspective, this felt unreasonable given that the overall design scope (such as kitchen planning) was still evolving at the time the initial selections were made.
It would have been much clearer if the process upfront explained how timing between different design stages affects selections, and when additional fees may apply, rather than raising this only at the point of adjustment.
Overall, the experience felt more transactional than supportive, and lacked flexibility given the staged nature of a new build process.

Speedy delivery was great. As an interior designer I would love it if you provided 100 x 100mm samples. I understand that you want people to see the whole tile but it's just not convenient for me to store and a 100 x 100mm sample is all I need initially to confirm colour and texture directions with my clients.

Bad Experience. BT recommended tiles for shower and my tiler said not suitable. BT paperwork also said not suitable tile after I paid and received the tax invoice from BT days later. Contacted store to return and swap for new tiles as we had to do additional work and purchase more tiles for a much bigger sale. They Totally refused to refund or exchange and suggested FB marketplace good
Place to sell! WTF. Got into argument with 2IC and he said “do what you need to do” and sugggested I leave. Will try head office to resolve then pass on to ACCC to sort after that. Not how you assist customers guys. Do better and I have taken my business elsewhere.

We have received exceptional service from start to finish. It is rare these days to get such a high standard of service.
Your staff member Simone at Capalaba store was amazing. So helpful, so knowledgeable, and patient when we made a couple of changes to our selection.
Thanks Simone for an easy process in choosing tiles and all accessories to complete two bathroom renovations. Rod and Wendy D

The tiles are perfect for my front entry. Great quality for the price. In future I will order from the shop as the website ordering system was poor.

They refused to accept left over boxes of tiles. You only have 30 days. My Reno took 6 weeks. Same company I know. But get them from Bunnings and return anytime you want.

I’m based in Box Hills/ Gables in NSW and Got tiled by Beaumont tiles for whole house throug AllCastle Homes and it was shitty quality that you expect from an amateur with wavy and uneven tiles in 5 bathrooms and on my Facade pillars. I would never recommend these low ethics practices for anyone who wants to build their dream house.
