Very disappointing experience at Beaumont Tiles Nicklin Way, Warana

We visited the store on Friday 1st May at around 2pm to look at tiles for our bathroom and toilet renovation. We were the only people in the car park and in the store, yet despite there being three staff members at the front desk, not once were we acknowledged or asked if we needed help. We spent over 10 minutes walking around and were completely ignored—no greeting, no offer of assistance, not even a goodbye as we left.

As a result, we walked out and drove five minutes down the road to National Tiles, where we had a completely different experience. A staff member approached us straight away, helped us choose the right tiles, and assisted us in placing an order worth $5,000.

Customer service makes all the difference, and unfortunately Beaumont Tiles fell well short.

Fabulous team at Beaumont Tiles in Warrnambool. We have purchased all our Timber Lamanate floor covering and all the bathroom & kitchen tiles. Great selection to pick from. They also went out of their way to hold some stock for us for a little while. Definately will shop there again. Thanks Tom and the staff

Delivered so quickly. Whenever I went into store I was helped in a very timely matter.

Pretty disappointed with the recommendation made by Huw on wall tiles to match my selection of floor tiles. Wrong shade (explicitly asked him if they matched - definitely) and mistached shapes, which isnt something that i thought to consider as this is my first time renovating anything.

The two boxes of tiles that you said were broken from the order you were going to get two more in to replace that hasn’t happened my tiler can’t finish the job very bad form

I visited the Warrnambool store. I cannot give enough praise for the friendly service provided by all staff. Tom in particular was amazing and went above and beyond in his assistance. Moreover, Tom’s friendly manner and sense of humour made the experience even more enjoyable and positive. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and highly recommend the entire team at Warrnambool.

Helpful to see tiles on display. Staff friendly with good communication after online ordering. Tile calculator was a great assistance.

The delivery service guy placed the tiles bang in the middle and the car cannot get through in double garage. I requested him multiple times to move it to corner before and after placing and he said he can't do it.

The online purchasing experience is lacking. I could not see an option to review the basket post entering initial details in the purchasing pathway without having to cancel and start again. Secondly, I selected the option to create an account after completing the purchase process and expected to see my order in the order list, but it did not appear. Maybe a timing thing, but thought it would be there given I just purchased it.
