AWFUL!!
I ordered a tarte shape tape concealer which I have used for years, saw it was slightly cheaper on this website so went for it. Got an email to say order went through and then nothing for 3 weeks!! I emailed them and asked for un update and nothing. It finally arrived 4 weeks later and was a FAKE. I compared it to the origional one I had and it was smaller, the componanent was different, and the smell of the concealer was awful, it was all greasy and no coverage at all and completely ruined my makeup and made my screen break out in a rash.

Only gave it one star so I could leave a review.didnt receive products and they had a cheek to take out another payment even though I demanded my subscription to be cancelled.how dare they.get in touch with your bank immediately.stay away from this site.

Absolute Scam, one email to confirm order then nothing, nothing ever arrived, took this up with my credit card, Beauty box tried to dispute it. Got an email from Beauty box to say a refund was issued but nothing ever received. Don’t see how it’s been allowed to continue to trade?

Ordered two Lip glazes. After a wait of two weeks they managed to send the goods in the wrong colour, plus the chemical smell of the product has nothing in common with the product it's claiming to be. So wrong colour and probably fake on top of that. Emailed customer services.. still waiting for that reply! Definitely avoid this company. Total waste of money

SCAM!! They take your money and don’t send the products , I just want a refund they are a scam . messaged them via website contact details, No reply been over 4 weeks ..... AVOID OR LOOSE YOUR MONEY !!

We ordered an important Xmas gift (james Charles palette) and when it was late, I googled the company, only to be greeted with all of these terrible reviews. I then emailed them, only to find that one of the email address listed on their website doesn’t work. At this point we panicked, bought the item else for more money, and considered contacting my credit card company, to seek a refund.
However, we later received an email saying our order had been processed, closely followed with an update, with a Royal Mail tracking number. The item eventually arrived, as advertised, so the site is not ... in my opinion ... a scam!
Yes, they are slow, and their customer service is not up to scratch ... they still haven’t answered my emails!
However, they provided a great product for a great price. I suspect they were merely overwhelmed by demand. They have to improve, but I’ve written this review to counter the negative many reviews, claiming that they are a scam, as I don’t believe this to be the case.

Please stay away from this website, it's scam, just scam!

TOTAL SCAM - FAKE PRODUCTS
so I have been using Tarte products for many years now and due to my usual supplier not having my concealer in stock I took to the internet to search for another. What a mistake !! Beauty Box claims that goods are original with imperfections and not a massive difference in price. I have to say unlike some reviews I’ve read. I was kept updated via email and goods received when promised. HOWEVER - The packaging is very clever and matches well apart from a slight colour difference with the purple on the lid. The product is awful - extremely greasy and definitely not Tarte Tape. Wish I had read these reviews earlier. No Idea what is in this product. I hate to think! Beauty Box needs shutting down. Total rip off 😡😡

I wish I had looked at this before I ordered!!! I too placed an order for a Tarte shape tape and over a week later haven’t received a delivery or an update! I messaged them on Instagram and told them I’d report them for being a fraud business but I still haven’t had a reply.

Stupidly didn’t see these reviews. Placed a £30.45 order on the 17 th May 2020 and obviously not going to receive the item. No response from the admin email address. Why are they still in business if they are so bad? I still want the item or refund so am not happy.

Scam! I wish I would have seen this before!
Any idea how to raise legal action?

I ordered some tarte shape tape on 20th May 2020. It seemed like a good deal only a few pounds cheaper than QVC so thought it was genuine. My account has been debited but I have not received a confirmation e mail. I e mailed the company for reassurance a few days ago but have not heard anything back and my account has been debited. Doubtful I will receive the product. I intend to report to UK trading standards. My advice avoid this site.

I purchased a too faced eyeshadow palette from the site, but after 3 weeks it still hadn't been shipped. I did get a confirmation email however. I messaged the contact email asking to cancel my order, stating my consumer rights and the relevant section of their t's and c's and the next day I received an email saying I would be refunded. I received my money back just over a week later.

I wish I had seen these before I ordered from them. Money taken from my daughters bank and no product received, emailed several times which they did respond but didn't follow through with what they said they would do and last 2 emails have been ignored. Is there any way I can get a refund?

If I could give no stars i would. And to think I'm one of the lucky ones as actually got a refund after several weeks. They use two different business names, the products I believe are fake (after receiving items from tarte and benefit themselves) and their customer service is awful. No way of contacting them except for email which they dont respond to for days. i posted my items back to business address to be told noone was there and they wouldnt collect it, I would have to wait for them to be returned to sender then send again to a home address. Avoid at all costs!!

I wouldn’t even rate them 1 star. Placed my order nearly a month ago and had no notifications as to what the update was. Had emailed them several times for them to send an automated email back and on the last attempt the email was invalid and didn’t even send. Tried contacting them through Instagram and yet again no reply, their Facebook link doesn’t even exist!! Quick enough to take your money yet couldn’t give a monkeys about customer service. Most awful company I have ever had to deal with. Will be getting in touch with trading standards and reporting this scamming website DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Not very happy, received item morphe bretman babe in paradise, half the product was in bits and it’s fake I looked online and it’s not the same colours as original not happy and there no number to call on there site. I will never buy again from this site absolute joke.

Never got my products and they never responded to my email. Lost my money and very disappointed. Wish I saw these reviews before

Ordered something over a week ago and haven’t received anything or even a confirmation email! I tried to contact them to ask where my product is and the email that is given on the website is a fake and my emails won’t even go through!!! Absolute rip off and I have now lost my money!!
