BEWARE. If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered an eyeshadow palette from them before I read these reviews. I requested an refund after waiting a month for the item I purchased, they agreed to refund my money but I’m still waiting for my refund. Please do not use this company, they have essentially stolen my money.

Purchased a Huda Beauty Rose Gold Pallette on Black Friday thought I was getting a good deal.Took 21 days to come and it was absolutely awful!Fake Fake Fake!I emailed straight away got an automated reply so emailed all four of their email addresses! Eventually received an email days later to assure me that their suppliers are genuine eerrmm I don't think so!Sent it back on the 18th of December and still no refund!Huda have been informed and my bank are looking into getting my money back.Do not buy anything from this site appalling products even worse customer service!AVOID!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM: The products are fake! I ordered a HUDA desert rose eye shadow palette. I then found all these poor reviews and contacted beauty box store to cancel the order. They did not respond to 3 separate emails I sent them on 23rd November. The automated confirmations come from a gmail account.The products arrived today - 13th December. In the time it has taken for them to arrive i purchased the huda palette from Cultbeauty.co.uk. comparing the 2 palettes it is clear the one from beauty box store is fake. It is poor quality, flimsy, packaged differently and the eyeshadows are flaking all over the place. Nothing like the real thing! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Do not order from this company 14 days not received item and no answers to email and they don't have a telephone ,I got caught up in the black Friday online sale and the item was around 10 pound cheaper than original price so I did not find that unusual,I normally check first but it was through world pay so I went ahead but I have learned from my mistake,My bank are using visa protection to get my money back

I ordered A Huda Beauty Rose gold Pallet and Instantly knew it was fake, the packaging was cheap the colours were nowhere near as pigmented as the picture shows nor were they even the same colour. Although I bought this cheaper than the usual HUDA Beauty pallet it is still A LOT of money to lose. HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK? Someone help! DO NOT BUY from this website. I ordered a lime crime velvetine lipstick on 4th October and received it on 12th October. It does say to allow up to 14 days for shipping. I received a FAKE item. The packaging looked convincing but the actual product not. There were no return instructions. I have emailed the company for a refund. Let's wait and see how long it takes to process. Will never buy from this company again. It's outrageous that they claim to sell genuine products and then send fake ones. Customers are not stupid.

This company does NOT deserve even 1 star!

They have delivered a FAKE palette and I am extremely dissappinted! I will be reporting to trading standards and will pass the message on via social media and make sure something is done!

I want my money back but this stupid company has provided a contact number that does not work ! And I have had no response to my emails!

I bought my sister some products from here for her birthday as she is mad about make up. She was so pleased wit the products and is now saying she will never purchase from other sites again as this website is such great value for money.

I would give 0 stars if I could I ordered from this website and I bought the ABH glow kits in "GLEAM" , "SWEETS" , "THAT GLOW" , however 1 out of 3 was real and I just can not believe how they have the audacity to scam people . I really wish for a refund!!

went to this site for my girlfriend and got her favourite mac lip liner for half the price, she was made up with it now she only uses beauty box for all her items. Takes a little while to come, but worth the wait.

This is a fake website which sells fake products! Phone number provided does not exist when try calling and unresponsive to emails! Have reported to my bank who investigated and agreed that this is a fraudulent website!!!

Absolutely terrible, do not order from here! Was looking for the anastacia pallette for awhile and my mum purchased this for me on this website for my birthday. So you can imagine I was looking forward to getting this. Item NOT received and NO contact from the company there is not even a phone number to call them only an email in which they don't even have the decency to reply! Absolute scam and money thieves not even a few quid it was 35 pounds! Ridiculous.

Terrible service - they don't respond to emails. have taken our money but yet to provide all the products ordered. Cannot recommend

I can't rate the quality of products as I have yet to receive them or have confirmation of them being shipped. I simply have a confirmation that this company has received my order And my money.

I have messaged twice, one with a query about a product restock on the 22nd March 2017 - the day I had placed a separate order - and one on the 28th March 2017 to ask for an update as to why my order had not yet been able to be processed. On the website it says that shipping could take 0-14 days, However my order hasn't even been shipped. It has only been confirmed and paid for. I could understand if they have to wait for stock and such however it would be common courtesy to keep customers in the loop if that is the case. I am an understanding person, but when it's been over a week without so much as "please bare with us, your items are currently unavailable", I understandably have become suspicious and wary. There is no phone number available nor is there an address, just an email. which it appears no one uses.

If I could give it less than one star, I would. I will be working on how to get my money back and I most certainly will not be using this company again.

***Update: 3rd April 2017***

Recieved "items" however they are clearly not genuine items from the makes advertised. Still no contact from the company. I have spoken to trading standards and gotten in touch with one of the beauty brands to see if i can find a paper trail back to this company (which i highly doubt). I am extremely disappointed in myself for not being more vigilant and extremely disappointed in this company for selling fake products and giving such a crappy service. No return address either on the invoice I recieved, the original and only email I initially recieved when placing the order and no returns address on the website either.
