Placed my order 13th January. Its 20 days later and I've recieved nothing. They replied to my first email 10 days ago saying it would be dispatched in 2 days. Still received nothing and on my account it doesn't say dispatched. They haven't replied to any further emails where I've now asked for a refund. I'm getting very worried now. I dont trust this site and wished I'd paid extra from elsewhere. Never had such poor communication. 3 weeks and counting is too long and unreasonable to wait for delivery when the website states 12 working days max.

I placed an order on november 29th 2019 and its now december 23rd i still haven't received the order they blocked me from my account and will no longer reply to my email they told me a week ago it was dispatched should be with me in any day a week later still nothing it was an christmas gift for my daughter they should be ashamed of themselves il be taking it further but do not order from them theives

I saw these reviews once too late the sasha buttercup is 100 percent fake I've compared to a friend who has the original and uses it all the time plus it came half empty which I noticed straight away as a red flag seing as I hadn't used it yet. It's such a shame definitely read reviews before wasting hard earned money !!!

I always use tarte shape tape and when I found it on this website I thought I’d found a real bargain!
It arrived pretty quickly (about 5 days) and to compare packaging it looked completely identical. However as soon as I tried it I could tell, without a doubt, it’s fake. 100%. It’s really thin and watery compared to the genuine, the coverage is really poor and holding it next to my genuine one it’s not even the same colour. Because the price was cheap but not ridiculously cheap (£17 instead of about £25) I didn’t even consider checking here for reviews first. I’m annoyed at myself now that I didn’t! Don’t waste your money!!!!!!!!

Do not order from this site! It is a total scam. I only wish I had read these reviews first. They do not confirm your order, they do not respond to emails. I am now onto my credit card provider claiming a refund.

Awful but after reading the reviews due to the late delivery, I sent the screenshot of my order that I was smart enough to take bc they didn’t send me any order details, quoted the consumer rights they breached and told them I was gonna go down to the citizens Advice centre. Only then did I get a response to my emails and a refund.

Big scam of all time!!!

Ordered cosmetics for almost a month and did not receive my order just yet. So I contacted them and got only a replied once saying that the parcel will be delivered in a few days. Once again, I havent received anything without any customer support. The only way to make them refund is to send an email stating the customer rights to receive the refund within 15 days, or else, the company will be reported to the relevant agencies.

This site is so terrible!!! They will not deliver your products

Ordered 2 eyeshadow palettes. Both clearly fakes. Contacted them for a refund. No reply. Going to call my credit card provider to try to get a refund otherwise £56 down the drain. AVOID

FAKE FAKE AWFUL do not buy my poor boyfriend thought he was getting a cracking deal on a Violet Voss palette on offer for £10 cheaper than retail price for it to come completely fake and ungenuine, the product inside is NOTHING like the genuine pallet and to top it off the packaging is clearly cheap and fake with glue and broken parts to it.
Was going to ask for refund but reviews on this website inform me that it is nearly impossible to get your money back, instead will be giving to younger sister for dress up makeup.... USELESS

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I bought a Kylie Jenner lip kit for my sister as a present. As is seen the reviews on here after I'd purchased I messaged them asking if their products were fake. They said they weren't but they were "defected". NOWHERE on the site does it say they were defected otherwise I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. It arrived (later than promised) and I wasn't convinced it was real so I emailed again asking for their return address as I only had 14 days to return it. They never replied to my email and it's been 10 days now! my sister has compared it to her real lip kits from kylie's website and the one I bought her for Christmas is A FAKE. Going to trading standards to get this sham of a business shut down. Absolutely disgusting.

Do not buy from this company. I cancelled my order on 14th December and to date have still not had my refund. I just receive a standard email saying someone will respond. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Please DO NOT buy from this website. Never received item and no contact from supplier after weeks, so lost out on money. Read many reviews they sell fake products too.

Brought a gingerbread from here for my gf and came in 5 days, was very sceptic at first after reading the reviews on here, so I emailed them with questions and they confirm that the products are legit and that the company was under new management. Who knows just happy I have my item before Christmas and the quality is great.

** Don't use this company **. You can't get hold of them to return the sub-standard products they are selling. Kylie Jenner lipkit not genuine and poor quality. Might have well as flushed my money down the toilet. Both email addresses on the website and not valid and no other method of contacting the company.

The delivery took a long time, but arrived just within the 14 days they stipulate in the small print. When I contacted them to cancel the order I did receive a response quickly, saying the items had dispatched the previous day so could not be cancelled. When they arrived I could see that the Tarte in bloom palette was fake, there were more shimmer shades than in the real one, the shades are also different and the palette does not shut properly. The tarte shape tape concealer looks like the real one, very messy though the doe foot applicator doesn't seem to go through a smaller diameter inner ring to take off excess product. The site owners say the items are imperfect hence the lower price. The palette is not just imperfect though, the shadows are entirely different colours and textures.

Having said that the palette is useable and quite nice to be honest, some of the shadows are a little lower pigment but most are ok, though not worth the price even reduced if not Tarte. The concealer whether it is shape tape or not is brilliant (I can't compare as I haven't had the real thing) it's the only concealer that I've been able to use under my ageing eyes, not many wrinkles but definite crepeypness which is accentuated terribly by most concealers, this doesn't accentuate anything, and seems to minimise it. So happy with the concealer. I won't use them again because of the 'fear' of not receiving something, or being badly ripped off, but the items I got even if not genuine are more than useable and don't give me any adverse reaction, even though I do suffer from lots of allergies.

Finally got my daughters money back but at my own postage costs .....finally an end to a bad deal !!!!

I ordered a desert dusk huda beauty palettewith my money that I have saved up and not impressed it says on the website shipping is from (0-14) working days and it took around 20 days to get back to me then the palette came and the palette was pathetically fake with numerous obvious features that was wrong
1) the pink box it comes in has 3 shiny strobes where as the genuine is actually sand from a desert (clues in the name)
2) we scanned the bar code and searched it through google and it brings up a different huda product which is a big give away
3)it’s smaller that the real thing
4) the colours are nothing but disgraceful not even similar to the real not as shimmery as should be as huda beauty have a reputation for there quality of pigmentation and shimmer to there shadows
5)there was no logo on the mirror or the spine of the palette las it should be
6)the image of her eyes on the front is too close up and it’s blurry ......

Altogether poor quality. Don’t waste your money buying
