If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I ordered from this company almost two months ago. I’m in Australia so naturally I expected some delay with it coming from the UK but was so disappointed when it finally hit Australian shores, it couldn’t be delivered to me as BeautyExpert didn’t put my street name on the delivery label. I contacted Australia post and they explained it’s been sent back to the UK. It’s been 16 days now and I’ve contacted beauty expert TWICE and received absolute GARBAGE customer service and have been told they’re “not liable” despite the fact THEY DIDNT WRITE MY ADDRESS which was correct on my order confirmation. They’re refusing to reimburse me the money for these products I’ve paid for and clearly aren’t going to get. I will absolutely be escalating this further if their next email response doesn’t acknowledge the fault on their part and put my money back in my account. I will never purchase from this company again.

STAY AWAY as they have zero sense of customer service!
I made a purchase on 09/08 we are now 10/08. I contacted customer service to enquire when my purchase will be shipped. I was told in about 48hr only to then realise that the wrong delivery address had been recorded. I ask the agent to change the delivery address given how it has not been yet shipped only to be told "No sorry can't" as the policy doesn't allow this. What rubbish and zero effort to offer a solution. The money has already been debited from my account despite getting an email saying I would only be debited once order is shipped. I have now requested a refund and waiting for their reply. My 1st and last time using this site that DOES NOT PUT CUSTOMER 1ST.

Very excited to receive my sanctuary polishing hot cloth cleanser, it was delivered quickly.
Only to discover on opening it that the product had completely separated and was unusable very disappointed threw it straight in the bin!

I bought a set on June 9th. Until today, I do not receiv anything even the tracking number is not available. Customer service would only ask you to confirm your information again and again for “Security Purpose” but not really help you. I bet this is a fraud.
