The communication was excellent from the ordering of the product through to confirmation of the order, it’s dispatch and travel details.
To be honest, I half thought that perhaps the site was a scam in the the price of the product that I ordered was exceptional.
I’m not at all disappointed, I would highly recommend the company Beauty Expert to anyone.

Order 312335948 Received my parcel but nothing I actually ordered, I’ve tried to contact their customer services via, phone (no one answers ever) doesn’t even ring, I’ve tried text, WhatsApp, email, and via the site via messenger service. No one is responding to me and it’s been ages. They have essentially stolen £170 from me. I would be scared to buy from this company again. I am very upset and annoyed about my experience and will not stop until I get my money back.

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, I had an email to say it had been dispatched. When I checked link it had not been dispatched, no more info sent. I have called the number during opening hours 4 times but it never rings.. So unimpressed, where is my order!!!!

If I could give one star I would.
2 lipsticks ordered to be delivered to NZ in early May, I’m on my third email following up non delivery and this business requires a sworn statement (to be printed and physically signed before being scanned and sent back - very 1998 of them) to even look up my tracking details!
Still not entirely convinced they have any passing interest in finding my package/refunding/resending the two lipsticks. It’s beyond a joke at this point.
