Absolutely dreadful, bought a mattress on a Sunday, advertised as a 48 hour delivery time frame, so fine paid £121. 3 days later it wasn't there (Wednesday) but gave until Friday, 5 days later, before opening a case stating I wanted my item and wanted to know where it was, they got back to me - oh actually it'll be delivered a full 7 days after I ordered!! That is nowhere near the 2 day advertised and then the 3 to 5 they put on their emails. But wait it gets worse, a few hours later they refund me!! Because I opened a case, rather than look at the case and see I specified I wanted the item they just refunded me and tell me it won't be delivered at all!!! What the hell!?
So I message them again, I was reasonable, said I think there's been a mistake I want the item not a refund, I did specify this. Oh they get back to me - it's my fault because I opened a case.
OK so now I'm annoyed, not only did they screw up they're now blaming the customer for it!
So I get back to them telling them that this is ridiculous, I want the item, I expect it to be delivered and that they've dicked me around five ways to hell, I'm happy to rebuild but I want a discount.
Nope won't do that, can't even admit that they screwed up. In fact they now want me to rebut at a HIGHER PRICE!!! They now want me to pay at least £10 more because of THEIR screw up.
Absolutely disgrace to customer service everywhere. Don't even bother with them, they do not deserve your money.
How on earth they've gotten such good reviews on ebay astounds me.

Ordered a bed from this company on 31/05/21 and was told it would be delivered within 12 working days. I received a phone call on the 08/06/21 saying it would be delivered on Thursday the 10th. On the 10th I received a text saying it wouldn't be delivered with no explanation or re-delivery date, I tried to contact customer services on the phone but after waiting 25 minutes to music and then ringtone I gave up and emailed them. I then got a phone call that afternoon stating that it would be delivered on Tuesday the 15th, once again I made arrangements to be in and today I've received another phone call telling me it's now going to be delivered on the 17th, absolutely terrible service with no regard to the customer, I've now cancelled and asked for my money back. As of the 24th of June I have not received a refund, be warned !!!!

Wasn’t expecting a superb bed for the price, but it is really flimsy and the mattress doesn’t look like it will last 6 months. Very disappointed. The driver never spoke once to me,even when I questioned why the mattress was in a plastic cover and not in a vacuum pack and box. My partner is devestated as when we bought it off Wowcher it said we saved over £600.

Efficient online ordering and good customer service when confirming order and delivery date. Arrived on time and delivery man was polite and efficient. Bed was as advertised and headboard was as advertised and of good quality. My only gripe is with the quality of the screwhead for headboard which wore very quickly when attaching to bed making it harder to attach. Overall happy with product and service.

I purchased a white faux suede king size bed in December 2020. My expectations were not high 'get what you pay for, etc'. Even with low expectations I was disappointed.
The bed arrived stinking dirty with a foot missing, deeming the bed unusable. The mattress is extremely soft even though ordered an orthopaedic. I was initially offered compensation of £20, just a very small percentage of what I paid. This was later retracted by the company. I was offered an exchange which would take 2 weeks but this was not an option as I had already paid people to take the bed into the house and up a spiral staircase - not an easy job. Cut a long story short after approximately 40 emails and almost 5 weeks later I received the missing foot.
I obviously left negative feedback on eBay (where I purchased the bed). After this I was offered 'as a gesture of good will' two pillows. I accepted the offer and then received a message asking me to retract or change the feedback I had left for the company on eBay. I refused and needless to say I did not receive the pillows. This action just sums up the integrity of the company, do not be fooled when they say the right thing - it will not be put into action. My advice - pay a bit more to actually receive some respect as a customer and receive the goods you paid for.

Terrible company to deal with totally unacceptable customer service and knowingly misleading.
Ordered a bed from this company and was given a delivery of 5-12days after 3 weeks and no sign of the bed tried to contact the company but spent over an hour on hold to their customer services still without getting through. To cut a long story short we were misled from the start after 8 weeks of waiting we were told the bed isn't in stock and would be another 5 weeks. The emails that were replied to and the customer service when we eventually got through all said it was being sorted when they knew they didn't have it in stock so we were blatantly lied to throughout the process. We then asked for our money to be refunded and had to raise a refund case with PayPal to get it. We then ordered a bed through WAYFAIR and got it within 3 days.

I purchased an orthopaedic mattress from them in September 2020. It arrived a week late & communication regarding this wasn’t on the cards.
It was thrown into my hall by a scrubby looking man, in an even scrubbier looking white van.
He disappeared at the speed of light.
My husband & I carefully placed the mattress, in its thick plastic packaging on our sons bed.
He has been working away and the mattress was purchased in advance in anticipation of his return in early March, this year.
We never thought to look at the mattress, how foolish we were!
When we unwrapped it to make the bed it felt spongy (orthopaedic?), in the middle and was firm around the edges.
After one night trying to sleep on it, our son abandoned it for the floor.
This company now tell me, that I have to pay to get the mattress back to them for repair.
I simply can’t afford to do this. It would cost me over £100.

Worse company ever.I ordered a 5000 struggling mattress, I tried call but nobody answered, after several attempts at calling I decided to email them about a refund, they send me an email offering me a mattress for nearly 800 pounds, I wrote back to say that I'm a pensioner and could not afford the price of the mattress and would like a refund, no answer, I have written again and they have gone ghost on me,I wished I had read the reviews before buying from this company, Warning don't buy from this company, I normally buy from Amazon and they are an excellent company if anything is wrong they correct without an problem. I'm a pensioner and can ill afford to have a product which is of no use to me,I'm now looking at legal action, for this company such not be allowed to con poor people out of they hard earned money.

The customer service is terrible, if there is anything wrong with your order good luck trying to get it sorted. Poor quality product and they do not accept returns! They did not reply to my Email and did not answer any calls despite waiting on hold for over 45mins.

I brought an ottoman bed for my little girl. First of all the bed was very badly made gave her splinters. Attempted to relocate the bed the legs fell. Sigh. To make matters worse the bed only stays closed with a mattress on top. I email for a replacement bed frame, they told me the legs fell of because I moved it and stopped replying and won't answer calls. I wish I could post pictures of the bed and e-mails, absolute joke. What a waste of money.

So I have originally left a review for this company actually two and they had it removed! Probably because it was negative! But they sent me a broken bed ignored me for a week and this week they collected the broken one and delivered another one which is the wrong bed it looks awful and has this really weird Smell!
The bed is awful and the material is so cheap its kind of like the material you would use to make garden chairs and looks nothing like the picture! I am now awaiting a refund but again heard nothing they haven't come to collect it yet. I would not recommend this company and told all my friends and family to never use it. Also if you look on there Instagram they have all there comments turned off if you continue to scroll you can also see loads of comments from other extremely angry customers who have been ignored and sent faulty and poor quality items.
