Very poor service, incorrect food delivered to table and had to be reordered. Leaving one guest to watch everyone else on the table eat while food was cooked. Serving staff apologised for the mistake but did not come back to check if the guest was now OK. Once food was finally delivered the serving staff made a flippant comment about the lateness. Bathrooms also in a disgusting state. Very disappointed.

Usual warm welcome , super unhurried meal and drinks . Everything came as ordered ( wife a little fussy ) and all hot . Nothing to much trouble , a very pleasant reasonably priced evening out Thank you all concerned .

We were out and about in the lovely Whitney bay when we decided to head in for a bite to eat, I was looking forward to some fresh haddock or cod being next to the sea front, unfortunately and even though the restaurant was fairly quiet they had none, pollock and no wedges only chips ! So in the end we opted for the chicken strips for a starter, they were really nice, a tad dry but edible, the barbecue sauce that they push with almost everything is hmmm nice but nothing to write home about, nest was the chicken steaks with, yip you guessed it barbecue sauce, smothered the poor thing to a point you couldn’t taste anything else and of course chips , food is not the greatest and we paid just over £70 plus a tip for the service that we found was ok, recommend ? Lovely views, nice location but the food is so so, so no I would not say this was a value for money place to eat !.

Today 10 of us visited the Cricketers Bagshot. After sitting down waiting for the rest of the party got up to do a couple of slices of toast. Then I was told today you can only have 2 of each item, as it will be busy this was 7:45am restaurant was less than a quarter full. When questioned this regarding its unlimited so I ask to speak to the manager, she said he will tell you the same. I asked to still speak to him, then another waitress came over to say soon as your party arrives they need to order straight away, I said I am waiting for manager. She said she spoke to you I said no she said she will get him. She said well he is not in until 11am, so I said she lied to me then, she said must of been a communication problem, I said no, she said I will get cook manager as it was him that said this. He never arrived. Just to clear this it was Unlimited breakfast, although I don’t have bacon, mushrooms, black pudding, tomatoes. So I ask for 3 sausages, 3 eggs, hash brown and beans was told only two items, so I asked if I can order more when finished told again no just two of each item. So I did not eat and our party was treated poorly by staff, disgusting behaviour of management and not firstly trying to solve this, not even coming out to discuss this matter. So false advertising and although I had two slices of toast we was charged for unlimited continental. Beefeater you ruined a day with 3 generations present I expect to be refunded £37.98p plus a letter of sorry for yours and yous staff failings. Or a voucher for breakfast at a different beefeater for out party, some had made an early journey from London to receive your failings and poor service. Thanks beefeater for today the first time in over 2 years we had been together and you ruined it.

All staff are friendly and cheerful and we get excellent service every time we go. Which is a few times per month.

Beefeater - we've dined at this restaurant on a number of occasions and find the staff to be very friendly and helpful and the food to be really good.

The steak is always cooked to perfection and great value.

Abysmal in every sense. I can't complain about the starter, but the main was a pisstake. I ordered "Chicken Melt", which came with chips and house coleslaw. The chicken breast was tiny and burnt. The bacon was a joke, a strip so thin, it was transparent. The few chips I was served were passable, but the coleslaw took the first prize: it was a spoonful of just grated carrots, grated cabbage and grated onion, with no dressing. It was the saddest and most disappointing plate of food I've ever seen in my life. The price is expensive and for that price I expect good quality food. The chef needs changing, and the manager shouldn't pack the restaurant with too many people. Overall, a very bad experience, I won't be going again, that's for sure. And to whoever is considering going, I advise to stay away from the place.

Beefeater in emmersons green. Don't waste your money. Took 3 grandchildren for lunch today. Cannelloni hard and chewy. Burger dry and hullomi cheese hard as a brick. Triple cooked chips! Not even cooked once. Steak came with chips, one half shrivelled up tomato and withered up rocket. Side salad was nice. Waited an hour for mains and half hour for deserts. 91 quid!!! Wish I'd gone to Wetherspoons. Very disappointed.

The rump steak didn't come with all the accompaniments it should have had. Although it was cooked well, the chef obviously isn't aware of what should also be on the plate! Also service for desserts was exceptionally slow (30 minutes). It's not as if the restaurant was particularly busy.

Had my reward points removed from my account without warning. Emailed the complaint service, reply was “manger said they have expiry date” and that was it, rude and unprofessional. I emailed again to speak to a manager and had no reply, tried calling and was on hold for 45 mins then emailed again and had no reply. I have emailed and tried to call once a week and not heard back. Why have a reward system when you screw over your customers!

Went to speak to a manager in one of the restaurants and they told me to keep calling or email. Poor service and unacceptable customer service.

I would like to see if I can get a reply from beefeater on here as I never got any response to deal with my issue.

Absolutely awful , rack of ribs horrible not only dry they had a spicy coating on which I didn’t know and wasn’t told. Waitress said oh sorry should told you on ordering
Mixed grill wasn’t much to cheer about either, complained to beefeater head office and was offered £10 voucher which I have refused simply because I won’t be stepping food in there again ever . I will go back to a previous restaurant .

Went to Beefeater @Lydiard for a nice breakfast with friends during half term only to find the mushroom stalk I was in fact chewing on in my mouth was not a mushroom stalk but a cigarette butt!! Following a complaint the meal was free but when complained directly to Beefeater upon getting home they offer £30 voucher! But why is it all about money? How did a cigarette butt get on the plate in the first place absolutely disgusting! Will not be going back and I will certainly be telling others too!

We had to pre order but still waited a very long time . Food wasn't very hot. There was one lady seemed to be doing everything. They need to be able to have more staff on.
Parking was free.

I have just visited the Beefeater at Stevenage north tonight. From entering to leaving the service was incredible from all staff, but a particular mention for Nicola who is attentive, chatty with recommendations for wine (as well as other drinks of course!). The food was also outstanding and I enjoyed every mouthful. I’ll make sure to stay here every time I’m in the area. Andy

Traveled up to kidlington premier inn (airport) this evening and thought I would have my tea in the beefeater attached to it as I don’t know the area. The lovely lady in reception checked with the beefeater staff to see if they could fit me in as I didn’t book and they said yes.
The staff in the beefeater were really friendly, helpful and I was sat straight away! This was about 7.30pm
They took a drink order off me and let me pick what I wanted. I went for the 8oz sirloin meal with corn on cob on the side. Hats off to the chef, she couldn’t have cooked it any better, one of the best meals I’ve had in the long time. Asked for medium and came medium and everything was cooked so well!
I really recommend this place as the food and service was excellent! I hope this team gets some praise from their higher up management.

Today my friends and I went to the Travellers Rest Beefeater Cambridge. My friend had a special offer so we all chose steak. They were so delicious, tender and just perfectly grilled. Well done chef you certainly know how to cook.

Went for a family celebration at marsh mills Plymouth where we could use the function room. As soon as we walked in it was awful
They had placed some tables in the middle of the room which was nice and they were cleaned but the rest of the room was filthy food all over the floor and the other tables in the room filthy it would've been nice if they had run the hoover around and wiped all surfaces down before letting the room and it wasn't impressive at all
Ordered the 10oz ribeye steak which ended up being a 7oz steak smashed with a tenderiser to make it look bigger but as thin as a chip
Safe to say we will never ever go and eat here again the hygiene is awful

We went as a family to this lovely restaurant and had such an amazing time. We had 2 delicious steak samplers cooked by Ellie and Sonny and a mixed grill and house stack burger. We were warmly welcomed by Harrison and Dale who were both also serving our meals. Everything was perfect. Lewis served 2 very tasty chocolate martinis which were very much enjoyed by myself and my daughter in law.
