Money newer been paid on 09:49 on 21st Feb 2026. what a laying scamers Horrible experience I did a delivery and they don't pay looking for any way hau to avoid pay out, automated response works like a professional scamers.

Made an order a couple of days ago.

Made an order a couple of days ago.
I bought 2 items. I only needed 1 of them, but I needed to reach the minimum spend. The driver called me and said 1 item wasn't there. The one I needed.
There was a discussion about a substitute. I said no, don't worry about it and immediately went to the live chat to cancel. I noticed the driver was still coming and I called him to say its been cancelled. They assured me, the order was cancelled and I'd be reimbursed. Total was 42 pound. I used 10 off voucher so 32. They then tried to give me back 4.88 from the item that wasnt even available in the store. Multiple emails back and forth, they kept repeating that they could release the 4.88. Obviously, I was trying to say the order was cancelled, how can you charge me for items I didn't receive? They then said it was delivered! I called the driver who said it wasn't delivered and they should already know this! I've used this site a few times, even though it's quite expensive.
This has put me off for life!
The customer service was disgraceful. The amount of copy and paste repetitive answers. Trying to make out that 4.88 was doing me a favour! I'm going to make an official complaint, if this isn't resolved.

Convenient and reliable

I like the convenience and there are the regular drivers who collect my order that are friendly and trustworthy. It is expensive but for people like myself who can't always get out due to I'll health, it's a godsend.

Waiting to be paid as a driver 50+…

Waiting to be paid as a driver 50+ hours after.

They said it was paid, when it wasn't, then it was a system issue and everyone would be paid by midnight on the 31st. Still not received money.

I am now taking legal action to reclaim the money. Because I don't want to pay for people's drinking in the early hours and not receive payment. Absolutely stressful and has meant I missed a day of work as not funds for petrol.

Update: paid after 50+ hours.

im a delivery driver and almost a week i dont receive my payment , first they say payment has been send gonna take few hours to arrive. On next day say my receipt has been send for random check. On next day my bank delay my payment and after that excuse was they got problem s their payment system and i dont know on which one to belive....

Very cheeky Company indeed
I Put 1 star because able to send/receive megs.(I was originally impressed) But that's it!!!
I picked my order, megs for a bit,gave my details,no tip for driver, *OPTION*
Got sent my list of products/pricing then about 5 minutes later they said, 'no drivers', sent options of what I wanted to do/do I want to wait.
Then it said to pay a tip then driver would be quicker.
They should of checked,if there were drivers available(their not stupid)
I think because of my, 'no tip to driver' was to blame for no drivers being available.
What a way to run a business

We are sorry that your recent order did not go through. As explained by our Customer Service Team, we do not take payment for an order until it has been delivered.
Your bank holds the amount for any order you place in a "pending" state. This is to ensure there are enough funds in your account when we come to deliver.
If the order is not delivered, our system notifies your bank that we will not be taking the payment, and your bank then releases the funds from the "pending" state. The time this takes depends on your bank, but we do say it could be between 3 and 5 working days.

Driver left out of pocket after cancellation

Posting as a driver.

Order 3662796 was cancelled by the customer after the goods had already been purchased and while I was present at the delivery address. The items included restricted goods (alcohol and cigarettes) which could not be returned.

As a result, I was left approximately £40 out of pocket, despite fulfilling the delivery up to the point of cancellation.

Receipts were uploaded multiple times and support was contacted repeatedly, but the issue remains unresolved with repeated holding responses.

Drivers should be aware that post-purchase cancellations can leave them personally out of pocket.

It’s been 3days and I still haven’t…

It’s been 3days and I still haven’t been paid for my delivery, I’ve messaged them numerous of times but there is no response and when you message the live chat you can’t get through to anyone to help your only speaking to an automated bot that just keeps repeating the same thing and no help, shocking that’s it’s been 3days and no one has still not replied to me and no payment!

Its so easy and reassuring.

Its so easy and reassuring.. Lets me see where the driver is and so I always go out to meet them and often tip online and in cash. It feels a very personal experience because they turn up in their vehicles, no gimmicks, it's discreet and they always smile when we meet.
Gives me peace of mind as I struggle with my mental health since a close bereavement, as I adapt. Some days I can't face people, so order, and your drivers are always kind, real and lovely to me.

Horrific service for a premium price

Horrific service for a premium price, very slow delivery, multiple times wrong order despite adding instructions for very close alternatives, One driver Simon I am sure just grabs the cheapest option so he gets a bigger pay ( I did call the shop he collected from and correct items were available, he gets the same crap every time) I have spent so much with this company and now just won't bother, I'll just go to the shop myself. App is now removed and will ensure my feedback is shown to many on social media

Saved my bacon!

I had run out of milk and was home alone with my little boy.
Placed an order (topped up with some treats for me!)
The driver called from Tesco to say the pancakes were out of stock and offered me some alternatives.
He was then at my door in 35 mins - crisis averted!
