Great Service but an Expensive One, for this reason i will leave 4 stars.

I don't want your overpriced items delivered thanks
As a recovering alcoholic you have now sent me a email saying have 4 free beers delivered for free on us . Surely this is illegal saved all the details and unsubscribed details and sent them to the daily mail I'm sure they will be interested into your company trying to get alcoholics back on beer
Scum company

Beelivery don’t pay their drivers
Beelivery don’t pay their drivers. I wish I’d looked at their trustpilot before driving for them. It’s a common theme from what I’ve seen here.
I’ve had 2 deliveries today for them and seemingly won’t be reimbursed for either. Moreover their automated phone system has now called me 3 times stating that I haven’t delivered an order that was dropped off over 2 hours ago. Ridiculous system.
*EDIT
I've now since received an email from Beelivery's Operations Manager.
"Your account has been suspended for deliberately trying to harm our business on Trustpilot.
Best wishes,
Ric,
Operations Manager
Beelivery"
Allow me to point out the facts. I received the job at 09h45 on Saturday morning, promptly got the items and delivered some 8 miles away by 10h15. I got the PIN from the customer and Beelivery's system said the job had been completed. Then however their system said that the job hadn't been completed.
I then received 3 automated calls stating that I was late on the delivery.
Eventually the system closed the order some 140 minutes later. I was there in 30! So no tip. Their system also wouldn't allow me to get reimbursed until after 7pm that evening. That too shows on their system.
Every order seems to require constant chasing to get reimbursed. It's like pushing water uphill with this lot. Seemingly all they care about is a Trustpilot review. Never once can drivers or customers actually speak to a person in the company.
Hate to say it but if you can't handle an honest review when your system is broken you're in for a rough ride.

These jokers don't pay their drivers.
These jokers don't pay their drivers.
For anyone who's not aware how this works here goes:
1) Driver gets a notification through the app that an order is placed.
2) Driver has to go to a shop and personally purchase the items.
3) Driver has to detail every item cost, take a photo of the receipt and leave for the customer.
4) Driver gets to the customer and then gets a PIN to input onto the app that says the customer has received their order.
5) Driver then gets reimbursed by Beelivery for the cost plus the job. Sometimes the driver gets the tip but not always.
That's how it's meant to work. In reality even though this company has invested hundreds of thousands into AI (the entire business is run off 1 guy's laptop in Abu Dhabi - check companies house for yourself), they've failed to use a very simple script that checks availability of items and prices at major supermarkets.
So often what happens is that people order something like "gluten free cherry tart". It's not a common item and the price one week may be £3 and £4.50 the next. As a driver you try your best to get exactly what the customer is being charged for. Beelivery's system can't/won't accommodate this.
Besides the fact that Beelivery have charged the poor customer £7 for the item, they put a limit on the drivers to not spend more than say £4 on that item.
There is literally no way around this. After numerous chatbot (remember no people at Beelivery) discussions, their (AI) recommendation is to simply put it in a £0.01 and their system will sort it. Except their system doesn't :-(
That means the drivers foot the bill and don't get reimbursed.
Put in too high a value and it's the same thing, you don't get reimbursed. So for example the order is:
6 eggs - £2.50
1 milk 1l - £1
2 gluten free cherry pies - £4.50each - £9
Total is £12.50
Their system doesn't allow you to enter £4.50 for the cherry pies. So you either enter their max which may be £4, or £0.01
That's all you'll get reimbursed.
If you said for instance you would add the £0.50 to the other items but still get to the same total spend, you'll get zero reimbursement. Even if you use your store loyalty card to get a discount.
This leaves drivers in a dilemma, if something is even £0.01 more than Beelivery have determined then the driver simply puts in that the item can't be found. Have a look at previous reviews of Beelivery and look at how many times people complain of not getting everything they've paid for or a very poor substitution.
Also for all the man's intelligence to have his business run completely autonomously, he doesn't seem to grasp that the UK doesn't have 24 hour shopping centres like we did before covid.
His system still allows a customer to order things like 3kg bags of chicken flavoured dog food and fresh lamb steaks at 3am. Only place selling those are major chains that are open till 11pm.
I've had customers bumused that I couldn't get those items at 3am (I get it some people work nights), thinking that somehow there was a "Beelivery depot". There isn't. It's simply a bunch of people that drive for Deliveroo, Uber eats etc. We buy it in the only shops open and take it people.
Get away from what Beelivery charge just for the items, but the "extra" charges and it's insane that drivers are left out of pocket.
The thing this company/bloke in Abu Dhabi fails to understand is that drivers and customers talk to each other. In my area there is 1 other driver prepared to deliver for this cowboy. 3 years ago there was over a dozen.
When you upset drivers they stop delivering for you, or only deliver what they know they'll get reimbursed. Which in turn means that customers can order but the order gets cancelled and it takes them a week to get their money back from Beelivery. Customers tell all their friends how bad Beelivery is and there you have it.
3 years ago there would be in the region of £900-£1100 per week to be made. To be clear that would have been about 200 deliveries (granted split between over a dozen drivers).
Now the weekly average is £60. Yep £60. That's less than 10 deliveries every week. Often those 10 deliveries are at 4am on a weekend and it's always out of desperation from a pisshead who can't get booze anywhere else. It's rare to have anything come during the week and almost unheard of for it to be during the day.
Reputation is everything and no amount of bots or fake reviews is going to change a customer or drivers bad experience.
Normally I'd root for the little guy, but in this case I have no sympathy. Keep enjoying that lounger is Abu Dhabi, in a year from now you won't be able to sell this company or the brand for a £1.

Horrific Experience
Ordered a delivery for Bank Holiday Monday the whole experience was an absolute nightmare they talk about fifteen to sixty minutes to deliver how about five hours yep five hours.
This was my second delivery from this company the first one took three hours so I would advise that if you want anything delivered quickly go elsewhere the previous delivery also had multiple items missing.
This company also cancelled my order when the driver was in the process of checking out I couldn't believe it and asked why did you do that so I had to start all over again also the prices they charge are extortionate the most expensive prices around for a totally useless inept incompetent service.
A bottle of Wolf Blass Chardonnay is £16 on Beelivery on Amazon its £7.50 and the only reason I bought a Chardonnay on Beelivery is the delivery on Amazon wasn't until Thursday otherwise I would never ever have paid that much money.
My advice is if you want a geat service and don't want to be ripped off don't buy here go elsewhere because the service I received from Beelivery is shocking absolutely shocking and I for one will never shop with them again and would advise you not to either.

speed of delivery
Excellent service
Excellent service. Price is little bit high but it is understandable as the driver needs to visit many shops to find the item needed. Surely it costs more for personalised service. Taking a taxi to go 10-15 miles costs 20-25 plus your purchase. Great service
Charge almost twice for the item
I really do not understand how this company have so many good reviews. I have used them 3 times, for packs of cigarettes because i didn't realise there was an alternative delivery option for tobacco, I've thankfully now found one
They charge almost twice the cost. I was charged £24.80 for one pack! when it was £12.75 to buy.
They then add £3.50 plus further charges and promised delivery in way less than an hour. I waited 2 hrs on one occasion and over an hour for the other 2. It maybe just tobacco products or even alcohol where they almost double the price, but I'm sorry this shouldn't be allowed. I am disabled and struggle to get to my front door, so it's wrong to me, very wrong.
They charged £24.80 for 1 pack of cigs, plus service fee 99p, small order surcharge £1.00, distance fee £1.99, PLUS delivery fee £3.50! Plus a £1.00 tip from me which i wanted to give.
So I paid £33.28 for one pack! I have retained a screenshot of their bill but cannot add it here. They are taking the mick with all these hidden charges and are NOT honest about delivery times.i hope my review stays and helps others, as to me this really seems unfair. I've added 1 order no and 1 date as cannot add more.
Please just be aware of the costs and hidden charges when placing an order.
