Ordered a pair of plain grey joggers, all was good material felt good, perfect sizing etc. after one wash they shrunk from oversized to way to small

Avoid. No refund given on returned item. When contacted, zero response.

I really liked the material of the jacket, the delivery was super quick, the only thing was the cut of the jacket didn't suit me. I returned it promptly by recorded delivery and received my refund within days. I found the service to be excellent and wouldn't hesitate to buy again from them based on this.

Great service, clothes arrived five days from order being accepted. Fantastic quality clothes and well packaged. Really shocked to see poor reviews on here as my experience has been fantastic. Will definitely order again.

I've purchased around 15 items from Belier over the past couple of years. Their smart/casual style usually has what I'm looking for, when Zara or H&M miss the mark. I have always found their products are well made, the material feels extra soft but durable, and they fit right.

AVOID!!! I sent a parcel back to Belier’s registered address via Royal Mail on 28/11/2022 with the Special Day Guaranteee recorded and tracked option which gurantees a next day delivery by 1pm (can be found on the Royal Mail website). I was advised on 29/11/2022 by Royal Mail that Belier did not agree/open their entrance to receive the parcel and now the parcel is in the midst awaiting for Belier to request a re-delivery of the items to their warehouse address. I have contacted Belier via their Instagram account DM and had no response. I then emailed their contact email and received an email back from a lady called Julie on 30/11/2022 who requested the tracking ID number and that Belier would not provide service like this. 3 days since the item was intended to be delivered and Belier have not corresponded accordingly or provided a decent approachable service. I will not be ordering from a company like this again where I am chasing for parcels they haven’t accepted and hold my funds and are not responding and not willing to collect a parcel return they disregarded!! Pathetic service Avoid!! Cheap material just imported with a brand badge on, poor quality, buttons dont operate, your neck is strangled when closing the jackets, jackets not true to size.

Will not go anywhere this pathetic brand with this service blanking customers orders so you can keep the money and blanking the parcel when its tracked! Pathetic people!

They persist to market on instagram reels, their stories but, blank emails and DMs and your returned parcels!

Firstly, I sadly must agree with some of the other reviews; initially I received acceptable customer service regarding an issue but ever since the customer service has been non existent, having sent several emails and no replies.

Secondly, they have apparently changed the fit of their clothes, or at least some of them, so if you are reordering certain items they will not fit as the item/s you ordered previously. I don't know why they would do this as the fit is so important so this is very frustrating. This means you do not receive what you are expecting and as they do not offer free returns, you have to pay yourself to send items back, which you shouldn't if they have changed the product without making this clear before you order. I have tried to get a response from them regarding this but no replies. Disappointing.

I think the brand styling is very good, the fit was very good until they changed it, the finishing on some items is not great, ie lots of loose threads and clearly rushed work. I hope they resolve their issues and implement better customer service and then the brand will grow. ironically their manifesto states "timeless capsules" which sounds great but if they change the fit they are no longer timeless!

A tad expensive but what you pay is what you get, communication and after sale can be more efficient

Avoid at all costs they are scammers. Ment to be a quality brand they take months to reply to your email. And take your money because they have none obviously.

First time I purchased was great when the trousers fitted first time. Second time has been a nightmare when I ordered trousers which didn’t fit, they still have both my returned item and my money (received by them 2-3 weeks) ago. Have had no replies to multiple emails and messages sent, going to have to go through PayPal to get a resolution. Shame really because one pair of trousers I have are great.

First time buyer with this brand, took a gamble and ordered a wide variety of different clothing (11 items) love every single one of them!!! next day delivery, love the chrome logo on the back of the trousers and the bottom of the T-shirt’s gives it luxurious and premium finish. everything fits perfectly and the quality of the fabric is amazing aswell. thanks to the team at belier!!!!

Ordered something weeks ago, decided I didn’t like it, return the following day. It’s been weeks with no replies no emails back when I have asked for a follow up. I have emailed them 5 times now and messaged them on Instagram numerous times. If I knew it would take this long I would’ve never have bothered
