New Plymouth - Excellent 3-night stay
Very comfortable with a high standard of cleanliness. Great hosts who were friendly and helpful - including safe storage of our bikes. Great location - could easily walk to cafes and restaurants, gallery, museum, waterfront.

WE had an excellent 3 night stay in Westport Bela Vista. The host was very helpful and obliging. The unit we had was very clean, tidy and well equipped. Booking our accommodation which we done direct was easy and pain free....

Wonderful hosts, under a refurbish at the moment but still comfortable and welcoming. Bella Vista Hanmer is walking distance everywhere and quiet enough away from the main town area.

Very helpful and friendly -the receptionist went out of her way to help us on our first visit to Invercargill. Quiet and comfortable with a good carpark. The studio room was clean and had all we needed although the bathroom is getting a little dated. A bit far (for walking) from shopping but their is a good restaurant and supermarket a few blocks away. Would definitely stay again.

AMAZING …
From start to finish the hospitality was above and beyond. The owner/operators were beautiful kind people. The room was immaculate, delicious coffee and cookies provided each day. Tidy microwave and fridge, tea making area. We stayed in a ‘compact studio’ but don’t be put off by the name. Large bathroom. Plenty of storage space for all our luggage and clothing. Comfortable and large bed. Friendly housekeepers.The location is a little out of the city but the bus stop is right outside and is a lovely walk should you so desire. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

we recently 8th March went to book into a Bella Vista at Oamaru. They had 2 units available so we asked to have a look at them to make a choice.
We were told we couldn't look at them because of Covid,
What nonsense, so we left to the sound of a slamming door.

Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your thoughts. Since the advent of COVID you would understand there has been a lot of pressure placed on businesses operating in the public domain to ensure they are meeting the highest of hygiene standards.
On that basis, Bella Vista Oamaru’s policy is to allow viewing of rooms either through the window of a room or on the TV screen in reception. This is not something that has previously engineered a complaint. We certainly regret that you did not find this acceptable and that you decided not to stay.
We are living in incredibly unusual times and the process we have enacted is one founded in safety for both our staff and guests and to date, this has been universally accepted and appreciated by our customers.

Very nice place to stay. Owners were very accommodating, allowing us to have our puppy in the room. I would recommend the Bella Vista Nelson, to anyone heading that way.
