Great value for money. Spacious, well appointed and clean. Excellent

Clean and tidy unit; we could hear people in the adjoining room a bit; really good water pressure in the shower.
The only thing I think I would change is the bed - way too soft and springy but I know that’s quite an individual thing.
Close to the Monteiths brewery so perfect to walk there!

Travelling for business. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, gave ideas on local restaurant options. Later the owner delivered my breakfast tray - it was included in the rate - toast, high quality cereal, fresh fruit and juice, very nice! Great to have it delivered the night before so I could use the toaster in my room when I had an early start the next day. Owner was also extremely friendly. Room was very modern, super comfy bed and pillows, good amenities and immaculately clean. Definitely stay again.

We enjoyed staying there. It's clean, all utilities are available and everyone is friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going again when we visit one day.

I have used 5 different Bella Vista motel in the last couple of months and they have all been excellent. Always clean and tidy and well organised. With all Bella Vista motels having the same layout and standards it's very easy to get used to. Keep up the good work. Cheers Andrew

Over the last 6 months we have stayed at nine Bella Vista motels, both in the North & South Islands.
All staff were very helpful and friendly.
The motel rooms were as per description and very clean and tidy.
The motels that were owner/managers had a definite edge over those that were only staffed by a manager.
One motelier even went to the extent of offering and carrying both our heavy suitcases to the upstairs unit.
There were two motels whose surrounding grounds weren't as tidy as a kiwi would expect but on the whole I would have to give the motels an excellent rating.

Great accommodation, lovely hosts would definitely stay again.

We stayed at 6 of your establishments around the South Island and have to say that they were all excellent. My only criticism is that the walls are quite thin and therefore could be a bit noisy. Otherwise great and I'll continue to stay at Bella Vista Motels.

At all of these places we were wonderfully welcomed and accommodated. A great way to travel around the South Island. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful in regards to restaurants and places to see locally.
