Weekend Getaway
We purchased a package deal which included a night at Bella Vista, an hour long hot tub at Waiho Hot Tubs and a $50 Snake Bike Brewery voucher and we loved all three! Bella Vista was clean, comfortable and everything we needed for a weekend getaway.

Extremely angry and disappointed
The location was great, and then the problems started.
I was given the wrong key card for the room and was unable to turn on any heating the 1st night and had to go and buy a heater to get the room above 7 degrees.
The electric blanket also didn't work and had exposed wiring at the controller.
I paid for 4 nights and came back to the unit on my 4th night to find all my belongings removed from the unit because apparently I checked in a day before I got here so my 3rd night you thought was my fourth.
I also have no internet tonight because I'm not here am I.
I offered you the chance to fix my experience as you have definitely not met my expectations for a business traveller who stays in a lot of accommodation throughout the country and therefore I will end with saying that my experience at Bella Vista Blenheim has been the absolute worst in the last 10 years.

The other issues that you mention could have been rectified very easily had you rung our office on the phone provided in your room.
We’re confident that if you had got in touch, your stay would have been a lot more comfortable as is the case with the overwhelming majority of our guests.
Again, we regret that your visit was not as straightforward as you would have liked it to have been.

Great (but quiet) location, big room and SKY SPORT - a perfect evening
We had a great stay at the Bella Vista Christchurch and Emma was superb in ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. The room was perfect and the Sky Sport guaranteed we could watch the rugby matches on that night. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything imaginable. Parking was a breeze and the grounds were particularly well manicured, thanks to Emma's husband who, she says, was the one responsible.

The unit's windows left open, so was freezing inside. For a comparisum at the Motel I use in Dunedin the guy turns the heaters on before you arrive so the room is nice to walk into.

The Bella Vista Whangarei…
My stay at the Bella Vista Whangarei was excellent even though it was over 1night only.
It was easy to find being right on State Highway1.
Close to the city centre and the place I needed to be the next day,
Check in was efficient and easy. I asked for directions to the place I had to go to the following day and these were given without any problems.
Car parks were spacious. The room was immaculately clean and had all I needed for my stay. Quiet overnight.
Highly recommend.

The Hanmer Springs Bella Vista was clean, had everything we needed and the rooms were all a good size. We had the one bedroom unit which was perfect for me, my daughter and our friend.
