Comfortable motel
Comfortable motel, appreciated the daily housekeeping. A bit hard to step in to highish bath to use shower. Good parking. Supermarket just down the road. Easy access to motorway in and out of Dunedin or to airport.

A great location, warm, clean and easy to stay in.
I would have liked better lighting in the bathroom and a second mirror in the unit. Only one in the bathroom.

Noisy, damp and dreadful bed
Noisy, inside of windows were dripping wet in the morning and it was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in.
