Founded in February 2014, by Mother & Fashion Lover Yvonne. Previously a Marketing Executive for Major Blue Chip Clients, Yvonne Fell Pregnant & her suited & booted career was put on hold. Unfortunately after experiencing a very difficult pregnancy and then PPCM ( Pregnancy related heart failure) her daughter also diagnosed with CDH (Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia) Both Mother & Daughter on Life support Machines, things were touch & go. Thankfully things improved, but Yvonne didnt return back to work while so poorly for a number of months. Her daughter Ava Rose Survived pioneering surgery at Alder hey Hospital & Yvonne fully recovered from heart failure ableit left with severe health anxiety. After two years suffering Mental Health Anxiety, Yvonne channelled her anxious thoughts, focus & attention to her love for fashion......here born was ‘Belle Emporium Fashion’ within her living room, Garage and Bedroom! Thank you for your review.
I have looked at your order, which was placed on Saturday 3rd June and you opted for Standard '5 working day' delivery which is Mon-Fri. We don't despatch at weekends as the warehouse is closed. Your order arrived on Thursday 8th June, which was 4 working days, so this was within the delivery method you chose. There are options for express delivery or next day if you required the item sooner.
The sizing of the garment is one size, fits 10-16, the model on the website is a size 10/12.
We advise that refunds can take up to 14 days to process this is detailed on our website and also on the returns form in you parcel. Most are done within days of receiving the return depending how busy we are. We received your return on Thursday 15th June, and its been refunded today (18th June)

3 pairs of sandals, great experience
Ordered 3 pairs of sandals, obviously kept them all, and the service was great. They came quickly and are all a great fit and quality. I had some questions over messenger and got prompt replies all the time. Will order again.

Thank you for your review. The dress you ordered was 14/16. Model on website is wearing a size S/M and is a Uk size 12.
We will happily accept your return for a refund , but unfortunately we do not provide free returns unless the item is faulty or the incorrect size was sent out.
