I made one phone call and spoke to an agent. I informed him what I wanted to purchase. I was given information on how to proceed I made my purchase and received updated information on the progress. I plan on in the future using the same company.

You need more help!! The first time I arrived without an appointment I waited about 30 minutes and then left because I realized I would have to wait at least another 30 minutes before I would be able to talk to someone and I couldn't wait that long. So, the next time I decided make an appointment for 1:00pm. When I showed up I thought I would be able to talk to someone shortly after I arrived but, no, I still had to wait at least another 30 minutes. Once I was able to talk to the person that helped me, everything was fine. The person I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable so I was able to conduct the business I had hoped to. I just didn't appreciate how long I had to wait because, frankly, my time is valuable!!

Great people. I definitely recommend them, Very patient when real busy but they get to you eventually.

Kyle was very helpful and thoroughly explained the process for appraisals.

I came in with a very random assortment of items ranging from old tea spoons to some 1oz bullion coins. Kyle at the Issaquah location took his time and made me feel confident that he wasn't just spitting out an arbitrary number. I actually received an itemized receipt for our transaction so full transparency and you can't ask for more but they were also kind and courteous so all in all a great experience.

The answering bot doesn’t allow you to cancel, and it isn’t always convenient to call back later. I’m just glad I didn’t need to sell anything after all. If I had, I could have used their walk ins welcome.

I made an appointment. That was a waste of time. There were too many people in the store - don't they know there is actually a pandemic? The offers on the pricing were really off (I was double checking). They fail to acknowledge the quality (restricting arbitrarily the quality to lower grades automatically lowers the price they want to offer). I don't want to go as far as saying they are scam artists but I would definitely not use them in the future. For your decision to have someone buy your artifacts - go to a dealer or an auction house.

I sold several items from my mother's estate at Bellevue Rare Coins in their West Seattle store. DJ Webster assisted me with the sale. He was very thorough and answered all the questions I had. I was very impressed with his handling of the transaction. He was honest, fair and very knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the sale. I have a few more items to sell and will go back to Bellevue Rare Coins in West Seattle.

Upon meeting Angel last year after the passing of my father, she gave me great insight into the tracking of gold bars possibly taken from the estate. Later I came to her, she helped me with a tiny bit of gold and gaining trust I came back with coins from the estate. Great experience super nice lady, I now will seek to get her help closing off the jewelry part thanks so much Angel
