The lady that helped us, was very polite, friendly, very knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions, didn't rush us. It was our first time there and we will recommend this place highly.

I sent a check so that I'd not have to come in. Then I had to come in and bring a check because there was a mess-up endorsing the first check. Then I didn't hear anything for a long time. Nobody contacted me proactive during this process. Not once.

Terrible service. No transparency. Felt very shady and haphazard.

Seemed like I was an imposition. Answering questions was so irritating to them. Was not able to see scale they used for weight measurement, I was just supposed to trust them. Very impersonal and rude. Completely felt taken advantage of. Decided not to sell big ticket items because of secretive rude behavior

I found the staff at Bellevue Rare Coins to be both helpful and knowledgeable. They patiently answered all my questions and when it was time to place my order they were very nice and thorough. They provided excellent updates on my order status via email, which was appreciated. When my order was ready for pick up, I received a personal call. I would absolutely use them again in the future to purchase more coins.

Recently sold some American silver eagles to Bellevue rare coin, called them first to discuss price drove all the way up there guy offered me spot. Would never do business with them there's too many reputable metal dealers around the Seattle area that are reputable.

Went in to the Lynwood location and spent a couple hours with Taylor from BRC and ended up selling him a ton of stuff. Taylor was very knowledgeable and patient with us going over prices of a wide variety of items. Felt very comfortable with the whole experience. I love Bellevue Rare Coins! The staff is knowledgeable and caring and the store is spacious and beautiful. We made an appointment ahead of time online and were helped promptly. Michele was very pleasant and enjoyable to work with. If we need this type of service again, we would definitely return to Bellevue Rare Coins in Lynnwood. I do advise making an appointment in advance or you may have a long wait to be helped.

Everything worked out great. Booking an appointment on line was simple and easy. Someone was available at the time of my appointment and I we were done within the 30 minutes.
