I first met Joe many years ago I was impressed with his courteous manner and his assistance, this was during a relatives house sale and purchase. I knew that should I ever decide to relocate I would request Joe to assist me with my move! My decision is one I shall always be delighted that I made. Moving house can be such a challenging time, my experience with Joe has been truly excellent, he always made the process a bit lighter and was available should I ever require to speak with him, he gave me guidance with his vast knowledge and expertise, I always knew I was in good hands! We have used Bellus Property twice in 2022 to sell two properties. Firstly, in April and again in September. Selling your house can be so stressful, but my experience with Bellus property went really smoothly from start to finish.

Our property was sold within 1 week, the viewings were

I recently used Bellus to sell a previously tenanted property. I explained my circumstances and that I required a quick sale. I handed over the keys to Joe and after one day of viewings a suitable offer was received. This allowed for the sale to be concluded swiftly as per my requirements. We have sold two houses with Bellus and achieved a higher than expected sale price both times. This is particularly true of our last property where the initial valuation provided by Joe was much higher than other estate agents suggested. Being honest, I was a little skeptical that we would achieve the value being suggested. However, the home report came back at around the value the agent expected and we ended up getting around 20% more than the home report on top of that. We’ve recommended Bellus to many family members in the past and they’ve all had very similar experiences. We’d have no hesitation recommending Bellus to anyone who is considering them to sell their home.

Having seen some signs nearby for Bellus we decided to use a smaller, family estate agent to help us sell our home. We were not disappointed. Joe offered good terms and was quick and very efficient in placing our house onto the market. His photos showed its potential to the full.
