Three years ago we wanted to sell our house in Bishopbriggs, All the usual estate agents are there and we spoke to a few including local estate agent's Bellus Property. We contacted Joe Hassan and he seamed by far the most interested in helping us sell our house, he explained exactly what he would do and the fee's it would cost. The price was good and we agreed to go ahead. Within one week the house had been surveyed, Joe had taken the photos which showed the house to its best advantage and it was on the market, It sold within a few days well over the asking price. I am sure that was down to some hard work by Joe and we would use him again without hesitation, in fact we did, we have just sold the house we moved into after selling and bought another, we used Bellus again and were very happy at Joe's professional manner and eager to help attitude, he was always available and nothing was a bother. again within a week the house was surveyed, photo's taken and on the market, it too sold with a week which I put down to Joe's hard work organising potential buyers and viewing's and following up after their visit's.
On both occasion's we bought house's that were being sold by other estate agents and we were not impressed by there efforts. The last one was one of the big companies which operate all over the UK, every time you make contact you get a different person, without going into too much detail our offer was accepted and we were given the sellers email address and told to get on with it ourself. every time I tried to enquire as to progress, now via text and APP I was batted off with, don't worry these thing's take time. I contacted the lady selling the house again and explained this, she was under the impression it was me holding thing's up and asked did I still want the house, I had sold mine and was waiting on her, she was waiting on me, all because the Big company would get there fee and had moved on to the next sale. I was now in contact with the seller and we done the deal without the estate agent's she had to pay. I picked the key's up from her house and she said she had been on to them and told them she was very angry and would never use or recommend them again.

Joe was an absolute star.
Very courteous and professional and explained our options in a way that was easy to understand.
We had considered going with the larger estate agents and better know names but we are so happy that we chose Joe.
You should too, you'll be happy you did.
