Wow, reading some of these reviews I can't believe this is the same place!!! I have just had my 2nd procedure done here (lipo) and I couldn't be happier. The care and attention is fantastic, and nothing is too much for these guys. Dr Prakash is a wonderful man and amazing at what he does.

Please do not be put off from what you read on here, it seems people are using this platform to tarnish a company in a personal vendetta, the rants are amusing.

Has my breast surgery with Dr Guiseppe a month ago and everything has been wonderful. I have been treated with dignity and respect the whole way and, since my op, have had at LEAST 1 phone call every few days to check on me. Everyone is wonderful!!!!

As for the ‘not turning up’ to my consultation, this wasn’t the case. I cancelled my initial consultation due to my shift work. I have no issue with losing £50, as you correctly stated, not re-booking meant you would hold the £50 deposit. I understand this. However, why was I potentially ‘allowed’ my £50 back as long as I agreed to sign an NDA? This is not professional practice.

Secondly, in regards to ‘not getting my own way’, I think is quite a bold statement, as I’ve mentioned multiple times I won’t lose sleep over fifty great British pounds. My issue lies with how you treat those who leave negative reviews, this after all being … a review website.

Considering you’re a medically professional work place, is it appropriate to refer to people who leave bad reviews as ‘Lisa and her gang’? I am in no way, shape or form involved with Lisa’s issues with the clinic.

I’m a young woman, I work for the civil service, and I would not waste my time on trying to ‘bring down the rating’ deliberately, or slander another company. In the same token, I won’t be accused of writing bad reviews because I ‘didn’t get my own way’.

I really wanted to wait until I was completely up to writing the best review for this clinic, I am currently day 5 after my breast augmentation by Dr Alberto Di Giuseppe "who by the way may I say an absolute gentleman" he completely listened to exactly what I wanted with realistic views, all of which has been totally achieved and I am over the moon with what this talented surgeon has managed to bless me with, for that Alberto I can't thank you enough and would thoroughly recommend you to anyone considering this journey, I was the most nervous person especially about being put to sleep, not only did he produce amazing results he comforted me through the whole procedure taking care to make sure I was OK at all times, it felt very personable and at no time whatsoever did I feel like a statistic or just another patient.

The whole process from start to finish at this clinic was truly amazing, the staff are honestly out of this world, nothing is too much, one of my surgeries had to be cancelled "nobody's fault, just one of those things" Michelle personally called to give me the news and couldn't be more apologetic, on the day of my surgery 15.10.22 she got on a plane from Ireland to rush to apologise to me personally not that I thought that was necessary, however never the less she did to go above and beyond, like I said nothing is too much, even to the point whilst I was being sick after medication she took the hair bobble from her own hair to put in mine to make me feel more comfortable, again thank you Michelle for going above and beyond, this also extends to Lisa who held my hand in theatre ensuring I went to sleep with a comforting familiar face, Teresa will make sure your journey is also as smooth as possible again nothing ever feels too much for any of the staff.

All in all and to sum up my review, if you are considering this clinic for your surgery I can honestly say you won't be disappointed and would have in my opinion made the best choice, not only prior, during your surgery is amazing but also the after care.

Thanks guys for giving me the confidence to do this after 10 years of debating, I really am a very happy girl.

I resent even scoring this place that I cannot refer to even as a professional environment.
2020 I had breast augmentation with a surgeon no longer at this clinic and the result was amazing. However I was sold Vasar Lipo that I now know they did not have the equipment for!
I paid my money they did not do the surgery as expected and removed 1lb of fat!
They’ve promised for 2 years to reimburse and set me up with consultations with new consultants but there were always cancelled. The surgeon the one surgeon that had around may 2022 failed to ever reschedule.
John barber the hospital manager who depends the reasoning of contact was dismissive with on one hand working for Pembrook wellness or Belverdere clinic who failed to answer and communicate truthfully with any confidence or upholding the promise of the hostial director who claimed when he called me from Spain on 2 occasions begging me to take down negative review promising time again to reimburse me went then under the name of Mr Townsend. After some detective work into companies house this individual who was never listed turned out to be Terrance Bartlett himself!

So lie after lie after lie- they stole my money!! They’ve not contacted me since!

I was contacted by the surgeon who I first went to see now practising else where and he corrected the surgery, he upheld every promise and really demonstrated how shocking corrupt and borderline Belverdere clinic/wellness/penbrook what ever company they use on the particular is!

I also just want to be clear I was shared by Terrance Bartlett crime reference number of incidents they he falsely claimed and names of individuals personal info he shared with me asking me to act on due to be profession- totally illegal against GDPR and when the reporter contact me again I’ll share the evidence and facts to include emails promises and telephone records chasing!

Never again and never would I recommend but I’d deter anyone going to this pathetic excuse of a cosmetic group!

I couldn’t recommend this place enough, I am 6 weeks post op from my second breast augmentation here. I first had them done in 2014, but due to the make of the implants at the time (Allergan) I had them removed and replace with Motiva.

From start to finish my experience was great, my surgeon Dr Prakash knew exactly what he was doing and the results I wanted (natural) I couldn’t be happier with my results and everything went very smoothly, no complications.

Thank you for the office staff and the nurses who were also great.

i had my breast augmentation yesterday and already i am in love 😍 everyone there is absolutely amazing and i cannot recommend going there enough i felt soo at ease and comfortable through out the whole time i was there ,i had my surgery by Dr Prakash and i wouldn’t have changed my mind he was so understanding and made me feel like i was doing the right thing from the first ever time i met him ! Just had my 1year breast augmentation check up. Yet again Dr Prakash was kind, helpful and gave me some good advice. I am amazingly happy with my new boobs and for the first time in my life I have the confidence to wear clothes that I'd never of worn before. With every step of this process Dr prakash and the staff at the clinic have been amazing.

Lovely had such a good experience and so happy with my results. Thanks so much 🙏♥️ Went to the knee hill clinic and Dr Prakash was my surgeon he is a perfectionist and has given me the best boobs 😍 I am so happy !

1 week post op for my breast augmentation and although it has only been 1 week I am amazed at the results. Dr Prakash and the rest of the staff at the clinic were absolutely amazing on the day of my surgery, so friendly and helpful and made me feel very at ease. I can’t thank the staff enough for the level of care I received. I can’t wait to see the final end result once I have recovered fully. Thankyou again ☺️

Extremely disappointed. Had my breast implants here 16 years ago and was extremely pleased at that time. However, fast forward to now, I asked twice if they do Enbloc breast implant removal to ensure I was not wasting my time, was told that yes they do. Myself & my partner both took a day off work, I paid for & attending the consultation . The particular surgeon I saw was absolutely beyond belief ridiculously rude. Would not listen to a single word of what I wanted done for my privately funded elective surgery & actually gritted his teeth & snarled at me with a raised voice & thumped his desk with both fists on his desk & shouted'shut up and listen'on the ONE OCCASION THAT I tried to actually speak. He had not asked me what I wanted, or why or my concerns etc. I was shocked. My partner who was also there was also completely stunned. The surgeon said that I could not have my implants removed Enbloc there as it would cause bruising (which I am willing to accept), but then done a 1 hour sales pitch pressuring me to have simple removal & fat transfer, which I do not want, and had stated so on my forms so at significantly greater cost and by his own admission with significantly more bruising & recovery time. We were both speechless!
I sent a complaint requesting a refund of my consultation, which obviously would not cover us both having a day off work, a 4 hour round trip drive etc, total waste of time. Got an auto reply saying they would respond fully within 30 days.....and they never ever have responded even after that... ..whatsoever....
Do not advise that you waste your time, effort or money here.
I'm glad to read that they have since gone bust with their appalling way of talking to customers & their 'customer service'.

I have been waiting for my refund since April. Ypu have had my money for 2 years i was told by the surgeon and asdistant that i would get a full tefund which would take roughly 3 months my surgery was cancelled by surgeon due to my health and was advised not to go ahead. i have been calling the clinic everyday and the receptionist says just email the refund department which they have received over 50 emails and no response. this is so upsetting and has effected my mental health the constant chasing. my mother passed away 2 years ago and they was the start of me not being strong enough for sugery they started off sympathetic but now nothing. i need my money back asap please can someone help or advise?

I don’t know where to start, the Belvedere is just amazing, from start to finish I had a excellent greeting from the lovely receptionist who I now no to be called Natasha and the other young lady who spoke me through my procedure just utterly amazing, all staff are so friendly and welcoming I write my review after my surgery and I have to just point out that Natasha is a complete angel and a credit to the clinic she was there every step of the way along with Prakash and my nurse asta I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience it was just unreal and the outcome of my surgery is truly magical I can not wait to go back and see my angels again the place is magical

I had liposuction a few weeks ago and from start to finish was amazing from my very first consultation with me Prakash he was very honest and formal with me, the staff are all so friendly and very welcoming. On the day of surgery I had a little wait but the nurse kept me updated all the way through and staff was popping in and out to check I was ok before going down, I honestly can’t fault this place enough and would highly recommend and 100% can’t wait to see my surgeon again thank you team x

I’ve always contemplated having breast augmentation since I was 16yrs old at the age of 30 I had a consultation at the Belvedere to see what was involved.
I then had a consultation every year till I was 33 and then I felt like I was ready to do it I took my time.
I felt completely at ease with dr Prakash and he sure does know his stuff he listened to me and what I wanted and then gave me his professional advice and I was then extremely happy with it all.
All of the staff are lovely and make you feel so comfortable and at ease.
I’m now 4weeks post op and I literally couldn’t be happier my confidence already is 100 times better than what is was.
I cannot recommend this surgery enough!

Wow… I had a breast enlargement last week and I couldn’t be happier I can’t stop looking all staff are amazing and friendly and kept me at ease through the whole journey, I’m so happy the surgeon is just amazing and such a nice bloke will be booking my lipo soon thank you the experience is unreal

I had my breast augmentation done here 1 month ago and I could not be happier! I received amazing service from start to finish and am still continuing to receive great service!
I was anxious about the anaesthetic so the receptionist offered to stay with me until I was asleep. Every single staff member has been so friendly and helpful.
The clinic itself is also very clean and tidy, I really can’t see any faults at all.
Would definitely recommend the Belvedere Clinic to friends and family!

Had my breasts enlarged a few weeks ago was so happy with the service from the moment I walked into the clinic the staff were amazing helpful friendly and very accommodating the place is lovely and clean everyone I came into contact with was lovely helpful so happy I decide to use this clinic I will definitely be going back
