I had my breast augmentation here and had a great experience, they have turned out great and the people there were all lovely and always making sure I was ok.

Had my procedure at the belvedere and I couldn't be happier with the results, my tummy tuck is fantastic and after 6 weeks I'm moving around more freely. This is my second operation at the belvedere and would recommend the clinic to anyone that are looking for elective surgery, the staff answered any questions and was only a phone call away. I had my first procedure 10 years ago and it was reassuring their standards haven't dropped on that time. Thank you to all the staff that work so hard and care so much.

I had my breast implants replaced on Saturday by Dr Prakash, I went slightly bigger and I have the results I asked for with very minimal pain. I waited a long time for this surgery due to unforeseen circumstances that had arisen due to the pandemic and I will not lie, I was frustrated about it, but the clinic did everything they could to ensure my surgery went ahead.

I am not sure why there are so many negative comments floating about but guessing it is due to frustrations arising from the consequences of the pandemic. I can honestly say that this is the 3rd operation I have had at the Belvedere Clinic (breast augmentation, tummy tuck & change of implants), and each time I have been impressed with the level of service and professionalism. I found all the surgery staff very nice and professional, the rooms are so clean, beds so comfy and the nurse care is outstanding. Aster is a credit to the clinic, and Anca is also such a lovely nurse who makes you feel so welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for either of them. The admin team are also quick to respond to you if you have any queries or concerns and are always very polite and helpful.

Dr Prakash does not disappoint, he is honest with his views and opinions which he uses his years of experience to justify, if you want a great surgeon, care and support I highly recommend The Belvedere Clinic.

I have just had my BA done I’ve wanted it for a long time, I had originally looked in to having multiple surgery’s over in turkey until I got talking to one of the beautiful staff members at Belvadere. Natasha spoke me through what the clinic had to offer so I got in contact. From start to finish they have been great. I went for my first appointment where I was very very nervous but I was made to feel at ease very quickly with tami and another lovely nurse who came in to my appointment with me, I knew what I wanted but I didn’t know the terminology so once I explained mr Prakash…..told me what I wanted was perfect for me and told me I was a lovely patient which also reassured me as he agreed with everything g I had said…..basically being a small frame and just 5ft I wanted to just fix my boobs after having 3 kids but remain natural, all I needed was an implant to fill me out again he showed me what I needed and put the demo on me to trial, such a lovely man. All the ladies I spoke to too book my appointments where so lovely too!! On arrival for my surgery Natasha had made it very clear if I was nervous scared or anything she would be with me the hole time and she was!!! She was bloody amazing kept me calm and well looked after…..my nurse had such a beautiful kind soul and was so gentle and caring. Mr Prakash said he was excited to do the procedure he remembered me being his favourite patient again reassuring me what we had agreed would be perfect. He was not wrong!!!!! I’m so so happy!!! Would highly recommend in a heart beat. Actually looking forward to going back for my follow ups to see everyone again!! My follow ups have been booked in advance and catered to my needs as being a busy working mum so I really really appreciate that too!! Also to top it off I left my surgery with a beautiful little gift and thank you card so nice thank you Belvadere ❤️

I had my surgery a year last october by Onur. Having been on a massive weight loss journey, I was missing my chest and really lost my confidence due to this. The team at Belvedere Clinic made me feel at ease, and reassured me when I was feeling so nervous about the procedure. Onur was honest about his advice and I felt comfortable at making my decision to go ahead with the procedure. The care I got both pre and post surgery was excellent. I am extremely pleased with the results and definitely got my confidence back

From start to finish my experience was amazing. My results are amazing and I couldn't be happier. I always recommend the belvedere when asked. For great breasts belvedere is best!

I couldn't recommend the Belvedere Clinic enough! From the start of my journey to the end results I am very happy with the service I received. I went to the Belvedere after my first implant ruptured (not at the Belvedere). Dr Prakash was so professional and gave me excellent advice with regards to the sizing of my implants (which are perfect). The whole team of nurses who looked after me on the day of my operation were outstanding. The level of care I received was exceptional, one nurse in particular Aster, her kindness and care towards me was truly touching, she couldn't do enough for me, even with the after care. The people who work at the clinic made me feel comfortable and my experience so much nicer than what I had experienced previously. I would definitely go back to the clinic for any future treatments.

I had a bit of a rocky start at the beginning where my op was cancelled a couple of times with not a lot of communication. My breast reduction took place on the 18th November 2021 and my surgeon and the nurses were amazing they all went above and behind to make me feel comfortable and happy. I am really happy with my result wish i had done it sooner

After being let down by my original surgeon the team were quick to get me sorted and changed to a new surgeon. Very happy with results.

Honest review - I had breast enlargement surgery 5 weeks ago and can not be happier with the results.

I went to my first consultation in January 2021 however changed surgeons and re started the process in August 2021 with Dr Prakash who I can not recommend enough.

My surgery like many others was cancelled due to Covid however they were so quick to put another date in the diary.

Not only am I thankful for dr Prakash being a great surgeon who was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable but all of the staff are fantastic.

Since surgery I had a little issue with my body rejecting the internal stitches however the nurses have been amazing the after care is second to none!

If your thinking about any surgery I would definitely recommend the Belvedere clinic!

Initially my surgery was postponed due to COVID restrictions etc. which was frustrating but I finally had my surgery on October 28th and I must say I had such a positive experience. All of the staff were so reassuring and attentive throughout especially the nurses. I was really impressed with the hospital facilities and my room was lovely. My surgeon Mr. Prakash was amazing and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I have seen him twice since my surgery and he has been fantastic. Would highly recommend this clinic and in particular Mr. Prakash. Thank you x

I had gynecomastia surgery with Dr Prakash at this clinic. The consultation was informative and professional, and throughout the surgery process I was impressed by the treatment from the staff. I am happy with the results at this stage and would recommend the clinic.

As many people will have experienced, I waited a long time for my rhinoplasty having initially booked in April. I had 2 surgeries cancelled last minute and communications around it weren't great causing stress and anxiety around the experience.

However, since I had my final (and successful!) surgery booked in for October, It seems like I have been speaking and meeting with completely new people at the clinic who have been really clear around communications, organised and so lovely on the day and post-op.

My rhinoplasty was with Dr Prakash and I'm so pleased with the results, even with the final results still to show over the next few months!

Honest review. - breast enlargement.
I first visited the clinic back in November 2020 and booked in for July 2021. unfortunately this was cancelled, which was devastating at the time. I think the clinic was undergoing a few issues with bookings etc, as it seems I wasn’t the only person.
I was then rebooked for 18th November 2021 which my sugary went ahead and since then I have had zero issue.

I couldn’t be happier with the results, you wouldn’t even tell that I had different size boobs to start with. Mr Prakash was my surgeon and I’m extremely thankful for him understanding exactly what I wanted and doing such an amazing job. Would also like to thank all the lovely staff, especially the nurses for being so amazing and kind.

I had a tummy tuck in October. I love my new tummy and all the staff were very helpful and caring.

Had a boob job a couple of weeks ago and they are exactly what I wanted. Great clinic and staff with fab customer care.

Today I got a response telling me I can’t get a refund but I can go ahead with surgery or take nothing and just charity donate £4000 to them?!

Yet funnily enough John promised a refund to me a month ago and said I can get one because the surgery was cancelled so many times…

Talk about customer first service!

Update to my initial review and in regards to this company’s refund process.

After my second cancelled surgery date I was offered a refund by the building manager John however, with the process of me having to email their refunds department. I did so the same day as the cancellation happened (20th October). I got a response that it takes up to 30 days to receive a full response whatever that is supposed to mean since I already was promised a full refund by John? I have sent requests for an updates 6 times and no response from their refunds department (that operates without a phone number). I got twice a response from reception telling me hopefully they answer soon.

Anyways the 30 days passed today and here we are no response no nothing still having my £4000 stuck in this company that I paid a year ago! And what did I get? Nothing! no surgery, tons of wasted hours spent on trying to get responses on my questions throughout the process and always having my appointments cancelled not only surgery but starting from my initial first time visit back last year December. Always a last minute warning that I get once I’m already on my way to the clinic and had to turn around.

I even thought initially that I could remove / amend my initial review if they would have been at least supportive and treat me like a customer during their refunds process but that never happened.
