Terrible, terrible, terrible. A disgrace of a company. Avoid at all costs. This company will suck the hope and dreams out of any business. Terrible communication, terrible designs, terrible customer service. And ultimately, a terrible product. Once they have your terrible product live, you’ll find very quickly that your website has been attacked and they’ll happily help you to get it back online again for a fee. How convenient. Wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole and they are by far the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

We couldn't do any business with this company, our two profiles didn't match, however, instead of giving us the hard sell, Bobby objectivly refused our business positavly.

Just awful
Just awful, no in-house coding or technical expertise. B ( upset ive listed him by name on intial review though his name appears on other reviews), one of the founders continuously gaslit me and lied about why there were delays or making non credible excuses of sick leave etc, not responding to emails or messages, not contacting me due to alleged family commitments and ignoring appointments to meet. I went through numerous project managers that dragged on for almost 2y, which is my fault for allowing it though it was started around covid.

Avoid this company at all costs, totally unprofessional.

We chose Bemunchie as we originally spoke to Andrew who was excellent and understood our vision and where we wanted to take the business. Unfortunately there was radio silence afterwards for a considerable amount of time and we later found out that Andrew had left and it delayed the building process considerably due to advised staff shortages and additional pressures.

Shannon took over as our project manager and was very friendly and extremely helpful ensuring that things were brought up to speed.

Overall, the completed website is fantastic and was finished to a high standard, we really are thrilled with it. It demonstrated everything which we had hoped for at the original planning stage, the process unfortunately just took much longer than expected.

I dealt with Bobby through most of the project. His quick to respond and rectify issues. Overall I’m pleased with my website. Thank you.

The quality of work and overall service provided was consistently poor. I encountered constant excuses, substandard backlink placements (some of which had to be disavowed), and a clear lack of technical capability, first claiming they could handle HTML/PHP work, then later reversing that claim.

Promises were repeatedly broken, and deliverables were not met. My advice to this company is simple: do not make promises you cannot keep.

Contacting them was a mistake I regret again.

I also advise the business if you respond to my review, to respond thoughtfully, as your last promise to me remains unfulfilled like other examples: your last excuse & promis "I hope you are well, apologies in the delay getting back to you, I have just been catching up with the team and my inbox due to the holidays. I am currently reviewing the backlink requirements with the team and will get back to you later today/tomorrow morning." and again, you never delivered!

If you review his replies to all customers, you’ll notice a consistent pattern of giving excuses that are illogical and unreasonable. It seems he believes everyone else is wrong and only he is right.

You claimed to work with the PHP format, which was not true. I paid for results but received irrelevant spam backlinks and no deliverables. I wrote all blog content myself and shared it with you in good faith, believing your false claims about handling PHP sites. You didn't even add basic canonical tags which is SEO 101, so Google couldn’t properly index the pages.

Taking payment without delivering the agreed-upon services is not just poor service, it’s unethical and theft. Consider this a caution to anyone reviewing his services.

Absolute disgraceful service - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This has been the most stressful disappointing and costly experience our business has ever had with a service provider.

We initially approached this company only for SEO on our existing website, which was working perfectly with no problems at all. We were simply seeking further visibility online. Bobby told us our current website “wasn’t good enough for SEO” and that we needed to pay for a brand-new website with SEO integrated before any work could begin. We trusted that advice.

While waiting for the new website, looking at the company website to see examples of their work. The sites looked impressive, which reassured us. However, we noticed their pricing page listed their “professional website” package at £500 less than what we had paid for our site over (£2000), which supposedly included SEO and premium features. We didn’t question it at the time because we were excited to get a professional website promised to rank on search engines.

After months of delays, the website we received was essentially a copy of our original site — far less stable, with only a handful of targeted keywords added to 4–5 landing pages. From that point, the situation deteriorated. The site went down repeatedly, lost content and images, and left customers unable to contact us. This continued for over a year, despite repeated promises that issues were fixed permanently.

Despite paying for SEO for two years, we saw almost no improvement in rankings or enquiries. In fact, our main keyword ranking declined significantly. The only visible on-page SEO was a few keywords added to the text. Months of missed SEO meetings, ignored emails, and repeated downtime were our experience. We conducted our own audits highlighting major backend issues, which we were told to ignore. They also insisted we use their programming database instead of Google Analytics or audit tools, where their reported progress showed success while our data showed disastrous performance.

Concerned that little SEO work was being done, a family friend installed an activity-log plugin to monitor changes and optimised one landing page to provide guidance for them. Shortly after, the website was rolled back to an older version, wiping out all progress. They blamed an out of date plugin? and later changes were showed to be carried out under my admin username, so if anything went wrong it appeared we were responsible. When the website broke again, shock we were blamed, despite spending thousands with them an outrageous accusation.

We also suffered major hosting issues, including a virus that shut the site down for three weeks which shut our operations down having to send staff members home. Although caused by their hosting, we were charged to fix it. Every downtime involved restoring older backups, deleting paid changes, and then being charged again. Recently, a team member admitted our SEO payments were being used for maintenance rather than SEO, after two years of being missold, misled and misinformed. Now being left with a website that is useless to anyone, shameful is an understatement.

After two years of stress, lost revenue, and repeated downtime, we moved to a new provider, who achieved more in one week than this company did in two years.

We have now requested a refund and compensation for financial losses, as the website crashed 2–3 times per month for over a year. Within hours of requesting the refund, the website dropped again missing content, missing images, and extremely slow loading raising serious concerns about how much control customers truly have over their own websites.

After recently seeked professional advice which have informed us that we have a good case to receive a refund and compensation for how we have been treated

I rarely leave poor reviews, but this company should not be trading. I hope others do not fall victim to the same dreadful experience we endured. Also while reading this company’s reviews, it is clear we were not the only ones misled and mistreated.

Update: this company has tried to remove and block my review multiple times stopping me from expressing our experiences. I see you have not been truthful in your reply… third party plug in?? We didn’t install any plug in apart from the activity plug in to keep an eye on the NO work being carried out this was installed over 2 years ago and you removed it after a couple of days which didn’t have any effect on website at the time! None stop lies to make you sound like nothing is your fault, all plug in were installed by you, you over charged us for services you couldn’t provide which part has been return but this is not settled, as stated multiple times in emails. We also had a email from your team saying you would only refund if this review was removed 🤔

Website looks great but I’ve had connection issues since launch which still isn’t resolved 3 months later! The team are friendly enough and seem helpful but I am yet to see my site running at its full potential.

We are now 8 months after our initial review and after all the hiccups the page is finally finished and starting to get traffic. It’s been a long process but the team are friendly and approachable so it’s been nice working with them to get this sorted.

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Agency

I began working with this agency in November, and it’s now the end of April — yet my website is still not finished. Throughout this entire process, I’ve provided clear, repeated feedback which has been consistently ignored or poorly implemented.

Despite months of communication, the same issues persist, and progress has been painfully slow. There has been no accountability, no urgency, and absolutely no justification for the delays. I’ve wasted time, energy, and money, and still don’t have the website I was promised.

I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable or professional service.

This company will ruin your start up business. They are incredibly unprofessional, make promises then disappear and most importantly leave your website down for days on end without calling you back.

Bobby was supposed to email me back to offer me compensation but of course has disappeared again. It starts from the top down - as they say.

This company may seem cheap initially but I promise you it's not worth it.

This website cost over £1,000, including SEO, expecting a professional website that would help grow my business. What I received was unusable, basic, and completely lacking in quality.

I was expected to provide most of the content myself, despite paying for a full service.
The design was lazy and poorly executed, with headings out of line and no care put into layout.
The SEO work was minimal and basic, offering no real value to my business.
The logo provided was unusable, looking like something a child could create in minutes.
They repeated entire sections of content across the website, using the same layout and wording, showing a complete lack of effort.
The slogans they wrote made no sense for my business, sounding like corporate jargon that no real customer would relate to.
When I raised concerns, I was met with excuses and generic responses instead of real solutions.
They refused to acknowledge the poor quality of work , a partial refund or offer a fair resolution.
I have zero confidence in their workmanship or ability to deliver a professional website. If this is their standard of service, I can see why they have so many bad reviews.

If you need a business website that actually works and represents your company properly, stay far away from this company – you will only waste your time and money.

Needed a website designed for my new business and contacted Bemunchie. Spoke with Bobby who explained the whole process and timelines. Was assigned a project manager Shannon, who was excellent at managing my project. Shannon made herself available when required and assisted in ideas for the website. She pushed for deadlines to be met and great asset to the team. Have now assigned the team to work on my SEO.
