The team at Bemunchie was brilliant in designing and then hosting our website. Thank you so much for your expertise, listening to our views and then translating that into a fun, professional website at tlcspace.

Not sure who writes these reviews, our experience was totally different we lost thousands of pounds in revenue due to this company. Totally horrendous customer service. We had to employ another website designer as what Bobby and his team delivered was on useable. Excuses after excuses, doesn't take responsibility for mistakes we have been in business 25 years and never dealt with anything like this or had our company disrupted in such away that we lost revenue. We then received a list of things apparently that was our fault. We are a busy Estate Agents not a website design company, sold us a great line to begin the downhill from there. We are having to take legal action plus talking to trading standards.

This has been two years of stress, over-promising, woeful under-delivery and total incompetence that has cost me the reputation of my new business and 5K in costs alone, not to mention loss in revenue on the site itself.

The site took 2 years to build and never worked 100% but eventually it became so problematic that I had to source and pay an external WordPress designer as a consultant to diagnose all of the conflicts that were causing all the errors, security issues and subscription failures that Bemunchie failed to put their hands up to of their own accord. I paid her to work alongside them to help them fix it but they were either unable or unwilling to action her solutions.
In the end I have had no other option than to move the website across to the WordPress designer so that she can patch it up for long enough to last while I pay for a complete rebuild from scratch with another developer.

On the 17th of Nov 23 I asked for a full refund for the cost of the site build and a reimbursement for the cost of the WordPress designer. This is a minimal ask considering everything.
If I receive, this minimal compensation, then I will update this review to assure anyone reading this that Bemunchie can at least do the right thing. If not, then I will have no option but to report Bemunchie to Trading Standards and go down the route of the small claims court.

Sadly, my experience is not an isolated case as I have spoken to another business owner, who also wrote a negative Google review, and who has been through a similar ordeal but who told me he was only offered only a 10% refund.

You can decide whether all the 5 star reviews are genuine, or if the responses to negative reviews are true. The one thing that Bemunchie is very good at is marketing and SEO.

I had no option but to approve the site before it should have been, because it took over a year just to get it to the point of being 90% done and I was loosing business. I asked, twice for a refund early on so I could go to another company as I was concerned they didn't have the skills to complete it but both times I was told that it would be sorted. Also, because I'm not a WordPress developer I could not see how poorly the site was put together on the back-end to know that it would have such serious glitches. I wanted to host the site with my IT company (who host my other website) but they refused to do so since they said the site was way to big for its type and said that it probably had ghosting and security issues. As turned out, it did!

Do not point the finger blame towards me or make excuses for your mistakes Bemunchie. I have piles and piles of evidence to prove your incompetence so don't make it worse for yourself.

Further update ; 17/03/26

Trust Pilot contacted me today to say that Bemunchie believes that my 'review includes content which goes against thier guidelines' . They asked me to remove the owners name - which I have done.

In the end, the consultant I had taken on-board to support Bemunchie to finish the site, rebuilt it from scratch on WordPress as Benunchie had tried to do but failed. The site has done its job for the last 2 years as a MVP. I am now spending £20K on a bespoke site and app with a company who build from scratch.

If Trust Pilot delete this reveiw, then it underminds the whole platform as a reliable source of information.

Great group of people. Very professional, easy to work with. The process was made very simple, so even I could understand it. New website looks fresh and sharp, great team effort from all at Bemunchie.

The sale person and my assigned consultant Jasmine were very professional and knowledgeable. Jasmine explained the whole process from start to going live in detail and she made sure that everything was clear. She was always available if I needed a phone call or on email. I did not know much about website but they have made the process to easy and I may have a go at making some update on my website sometime ( obviously with some training which is part of the after care). I am very happy with my new website.

The Bemunchie team did a great job at designing my website for my therapy practice. I was particularly impressed with the project manager, Jasmine. She was great at helping with the technical aspects of transferring a website from another web host. Highly recommend.

From the minute I spoke to Bemunchie, I felt I was in great hands. Avoid Avoid Avoid - shocking experience dealing with the bemunchie.

Where do we start… Andrew, very good at selling what bemunchie offer and talked a big game. When things started going wrong, I received a call from Andrew informing me he would now take over and make sure everything going forward would run smoothly. Didn’t hear from Andrew ever again.

It took them 3 months to design our new website. 3 months to create one page. Most the design actually came from us and not there design team. From the very start we informed bemunchie of the time frame due to our current hosting coming to end.
With this in mind we were without a website for multiple days due to a number of technical reason. Yes, we agreed on the design (we didn’t have much choice due to the length of time they took to design our website)

When we finally received the final draft (once we had paid in full) it’s was a total disaster. Bemunchie don’t take any responsibility for their mistakes. “They are the experts” well I can tell you they are NOT. Simple things were not done, and I don’t believe their technical capabilities are good enough.

Due to this, we have lost business and have been financially affected by bemunchie and their incompetence to deliver a simple website.
We have been left with no choice but to start the whole process again with another company due the shocking website provided by Bemuchie (our new website was completed within 9 days and completely hassle free)

I also made a mistake by using bemunchie for our social media. Again, delayed by several weeks and when they finally provided us with their post designs a 5-year-old could have done a better job. Honestly, they were that bad.

Finally gave up on the social media and requested a refund (which took several weeks to be returned after countless follow ups

Finally, they offered us compensation and I was totally insulted by their offer considering we can't even use the website they provided and we had to start from scratch.

We have been forced to instruct a solicitor as Bemunchie Online has cost our business thousands of pounds.

"Partnership fell short" what a load of absolute nonsense. You sold us your services and didn't deliver in a number of aspects.
You clearly don't have high standards or any form of customer service. Your website design and social media lack any credibility in our opinion and down to technical issues on your side we lost thousands in pounds in revenue. The FACT still remains you left us without a website and access to all of our emails for several days due to total incompetence. After three months of headache's and loss of complete confidence in your company, we were left but with no other choice than to seek out alturnative companies and to just start a new website from scratch because dealing with your company and what you produced over that period was a complete disaster. Something basic of which you couldn't deliver in three months, we found a company to do in 9 days completely hassle free. You clearly made several mistakes and that's why you offered extra services for free and let's be honest here, even that was a nightmare with countless mistakes/spelling errors/duplications, etc. So much of our time was wasted and you have the audacity to blame us for your incapability. The lack of communication was very much on the side of bemunchie. You have no intention in compensating us with a reasonable amount of money for service you clearly couldn't deliver and the time wasted over that three month period

Very polite and professional great communication made it very easy for me as I'm not savvy with technical issues

I’d like to thank BEMUNCHIE for their website services it took us a while but we got a excellent website at the end. I have to leave special mention to Jasmine Ewart. As she was exceptional, always quick to respond, understand my vision, very understanding, doing extras and making time for me. If your looking for a website make sure you use BEMUNCHIE AND AQUIRE FOR JASMINE EWART!!!! I will always use BEMUNCHIE FOR FUTURE PROJECTS !

Amazing company had a little problems though the course of the project but be munchy just dealt with it all so professionally.
