Bemunchie Online helped us build a website for a UK Research Programme. They had some great ideas for the structure and helped implement our ideas for animations, images and colour guides. Charlie was a pleasure to work with throughout. The outstanding feature of Bemunchie's service was their exemplary aftercare. They delivered clear training to maintain the website ourselves, provided bespoke recorded tutorials specifically for our website, corrected editing mistakes (made by us) rapidly and have continued to stay in contact and available after the site was delivered.

Advice: don't bother with bemunchie.

Was charged 1000£ +vat for an extremely basic website that looks like a wordpress template. I even provided the images. No bespoke customisation. Was quoted two weeks for the work by Andrew.

Took two months of pushing to get it done. It's a basic two page website that is copied from my original. God knows how many months or years it would take for bemunchie to complete a complex website!!!

I didn't like their first design as it was very "cartoony". I had to specify exactly what style I wanted and provide examples. I might as well have built the website myself as I'm familiar with WP but short on time.

I would have been quicker and more cost effective to hire a Freelancer familiar with wordpress to do this instead of bemunchie.

My expectation was they would utilise some design skills and make parts of the design bespoke. But reality is they just slap on a WordPress template. Very amateurish.

To provide balance, they did deploy the wp build on my domain install (which I created and manage), and they do keep to timelines when asked. Small updates and changes take days to respond to, unfortunately.

I had them "redesign" the home page several times because they made barely any change each time. After telling them the text is too wordy and needs condensing I gave up trying to negotiate with them just to get the website deployed. I asked later to review the home page again to which I was told it would cost another £350+vat!!! For their low quality work!!! It's just changing the wp home page template how does it cost this much!!!

Will never deal with again.

Was overall very happy with the SEO services that Bemunchie offered. I have had some issues but Bobby has resolved them satisfactorily and has also put in some extra time when issues have arisen out of his conrol (mainly issues with google technical support)

this company has been responsible for my new look and design web page, www.plymouth block management.com first class job, really resalable trustworthy and transparent, they are very knowledgeable and hands on, with great vision and understanding of you industry through research, team helpful and responsive always willing to help. so impressed i commissioned further work on two other web pages to be complete. fully recommended.

From the first phone call and throughout the journey the succinct way in which Bemunchie explained, guided us around developing a website for our new business was seamless and easy. It is an area I find challenging and they took the challenge out of the process, and we are so pleased with the end result. I can certainly and will recommend them going forward.

Horrible Experience - please avoid !

I ordered a bespoke website in Feb 2023. To this date, I have no website.

Upon ordering, I was very specific about the timeframes for completion. I was assured that these could be met. It turned out that they could not. My developer/PM 'Terry' went missing and it was over 4 months before I heard from someone else (Oct 2023). I now had little use for the site due to the website being linked to the timings of a exam (the website was training for the exam).

I now have no need for the site and now being harassed to make a payment of £800 for a website I am yet to even receive (or even need now)

I think BeMunchie are pretty good - if perhaps a little slow for my liking (but I am impatient!). The only person I ever spoke to (apart from the initial sales/contract conversation with Andrew) was Charlie who was very responsive and helpful all the way through the design process. I am still a little puzzled as to why I didn't get direct access to the website designer, and how I keep improving the website; but I'm very willing to give BeMunchie the benefit of the doubt and see what happens next because I feel that they have very much tried to do right by me so far.

From my initial call with Andrew, who walked me through the process of building my new site. He explained everything in a non technical way, which I clearly understood, and allowed me to get exactly what I wanted included in my package.
I was assigned Jasmine as my project manager who was excellent from the set off, through to the after care once my site was finished and live.
My Yoga Dimensions website is exactly as I had hoped and better. This is a great in house company who listen to concepts and design and produced the most professional results. I can't recommend them enough, and I am over the moon with my website and everything it represents about me and my brand.

The whole service was a joy from start to finish. Great credit to the team who walked me through all stages of the process. Especially Charlie who has been amazing.

Incredibly pleased with my website!
It took quite a while to get there however, time was needed to get the right feel and look that I wanted. In the end I worked with Bobby directly to fine tune things to perfection.
Websites will ultimately bring up challenges however Bobby was able to resolve things effectively and quickly and I now have a website which I am incredibly proud of.
Bemunchie gives a lot for the price you pay. I haven’t seen a company out there to match them!.

The staff at Bemunchie are Always willing to help. I've not had many issues at all over the 18mths but when I have they have been sorted within the hour. And have been more than happy to help with tweaks and changes we have made

Bobby and his team were incredible and made sure our website re-design was done exactly how we wanted. The communication was amazing throughout and the job was done even quicker than quoted.

February 5th 2024 I am pleased to say that the experience I've had in the past 2 weeks with the team at Bemunchie has helped, I can now incorporate the site into my work. Bobby has also arranged maintenance support with the site for one year.
Commissioned in 2022. Paid half up front. Over a month before first Zoom. Didn't withdraw as I saw on Trustpilot that another company had done this and lost their money. I asked Bobbi if Bemunchie was going down but Bobbi said he just couldn't get the designers! This has been said about it by an expert "It appears that there are numerous compatibility issues due to inconsistent coding practices, likely resulting from various developers working on different aspects of the site. This has led to discrepancies in the database and iframe configurations, contributing to backend complexities and errors." On the same day that I posted this, Bobby from Bemunchie contacted me and has had people fixing the site issues by going on to the server and Wordpress dashboard. I had a google meet with Bobby on the 15th and I now have the licenses for the software I paid extra for. Bobby has done his best to make things right and I have support from Bemunchie with the website for a year. There are still some issues but the site is up and functional so we can now use the site for business. Feburary 2024 The issues have been cleared and I look forward to using the site without being ashamed. I do not think that Bobby would let this happen in the future. I did pay for maintenance at the beginning on the understanding that I used my own server.

Terrible service, avoid at all costs unless you want to waste your money! I employed them for three months to do my SEO's. My SEO ranking actually went down in the time I paid them. They claimed to have done work that had already been completed. I waited for three months to receive two blog posts. The post were not relevant to my company and so badly written I couldn't even post them on my website. This company did nothing to help with my SEO's and at what should be the busiest time of year as a personal trainer I have lost out due to this companies incompetence. Bobby is a good sales man but aside from that don't trust him to do what he initially claims to do. They are very quick to take your money but should you have a problem don't expect anyone to get back to you in a timely manner. Save your money and go else where. I would not recommend this service. From a very disappointed customer.
