My experience of Bemunchie creating my website has been fantastic. Terry was very patient and informative whilst working with me to develop the style and layout of my healthcare website, providing great ideas. He is a technical whizz and I'm a complete technophobe so his guidance once the website was completed plus the training video helped improve my confidence with using the 'back end' of the website. Maggie was brilliant at creating the company logo based on my initial ideas and colour suggestions. Bobby was fantastic during our introductory call and answered all my questions at the outset which gave e confidence to select Bemunchie to take care of my business website without any hesitation. I would recommend Bemunchie for website building and in comparison to other quotes that I received, I found them very competitively priced.

Outstanding results and outstanding customer service

Starting a business, I wanted a website that showcased my work and company values, was easy to navigate and establish communication, without using all my start up funds.

Initially my search took me to website design companies that offered one of a very limited number of templates for an incredibly high price with limited support and contact during the build and after the website has gone live. Working in a competitive field, I wanted my website to stand out, and to have direct input in creating a unique website. Then luckily I found Bemunchie!

The team at Bemunchie were brilliant; very friendly, full of advice, and able to help at every stage with my lack of knowledge about website design and build. At all stages I was kept fully up to date, fully consulted, and able to view the current state of the website during the process.

The result is a bespoke website that fully meets and exceeds all of my expectations. I’m incredibly pleased with the website, impressed by the customer service and support, and would absolutely recommend Bemunchie! I know exactly where I'm going for Search Engine Optimisation.

These guys are completely unprofessional. It took 6 months to get a site that was absolutely useless. No common sense used (2 of the same picture beside each other), despite detailed content being emailed to them. I admit that we had some delays in sending the content but they still took way too long.
Eventually, we asked for a refund and were told no! as work had been done (totally sub -par). We were then told that Mandy (a senior employee?) would complete the changes as per our instructions and we would have a zoom call with them that week. That was 3 weeks ago. No contact whatsoever and they have even put a virus on the (non-published poor) site link so we can't even look at it again.
AVOID!

Absolutely fantastic service from the team at BeMunchie. I requested a new website to be developed and they listened and implemented everything I asked. A big shout out to their operations Director Terry who worked with me to ensure every aspect was as I liked and I couldn't be happier.

Mandy is fantastic! Really quick in actioning things, understands things when you explain them the first time, and genuinely cares about the customer. Will definitely use them again - LOVE our new website!

So, this is the first website I wanted designed for my new company and therefore, I was being so picky with how I wanted it to look.

Bobby and the team were so helpful and patient with my demands and ultimately provided me with a stunning website, which looks exactly how I visioned it.

They also helped me design various documents with my company logo on it and again, they exceeded expectation.

I would recommended these guys in a heart beat!

I had no idea about building a website and it was made so easy but speaking to bobby and the team they made things clear and were patient with and advised me throughout the hole building of my website I found that nothing was a problem for them and I cannot say again how patient they were with me giving them my info and changing the website I could not recommend them more highly if you want a new website and the quality and look now of my website is just what I wanted I could not thank them enough if you use these guys you will not be disappointed

I initially had 2 websites that needed designing and was given appropriate support and guidance where to start.
The web designer was super patient when I had to delay service because of an injury. We eventually collaborated on what would look and describe my services. Satisfied with the outcome and the amazing support from the after care team.

Terry and the team at Bemunchie Really listened to what it was that I wanted and implemented it excellently. They were regularly available for notes and feedback. I am very happy with the result So far.

Bobby and his team have been fantastic, we are new business and this is our first website, the first communication with Bobby was very informative, he explained the process and services they offer in full, there was no pressure selling and everything was emailed to us.

Once we instructed Bemunchie to go ahead they where straight onto the designs, we had regular updates and advise, this company truly does listen to what your requirements are and what you want to gain from your site.

A big shout out to Terry who took on the design of our website, Terry was fantastic and kept me in the loop throughout, near the end of completion he called and we went through the full website making changes to the finer details while on the phone.

we are now looking forward to going live and cannot wait to get our business up and running.

We are very pleased with our website. Bobby listened to our unique business and came up with something that worked for us. We made a number of changes along the way and we found Bobby and the team responsive to these.

Terry was an excellent and very patient technician. I have been delighted with my new website and think it works really well for me at the moment. I believe it will be simple to go back to Bemunchie and Terry to improve and build on a fantastic base model.

Terry, was absolutely fantastic. So helpful and communication was quick and work carried out straight away. Nothing was too much trouble. We now have a professional and modern looking website. I would highly recommend Bemunchie (especially Terry) to anyone, who wants a trustworthy company to create a professional and smart website.

I would say more 4.5 stars then 4. But Trustpilot doesn't give you that option. So what I would say is bemunchie are a good company if you know what you want. They're where a little bit slow at times getting it done but everytime I wanted to change something bobby was very easy to get hold off and understood what I wanted doing. Definitely worth the money overall I'm very happy with my site. I had to do the content myself but it is my business so thats to kind of be expected. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a website done. As I said communication was never a problem and Bobby was really helpful.

I got my website done with Bemunchie, and overall I am happy with it, at first there was a few hiccups with the person I was communicating with, but by switching to the loverly Mandy I now have what I was hoping for and I am happy with, she knew adzactly what I wanted and gave brilliant advice, I would recommend Mandy 100%! Bobby is also a loverly guy, very plesent and if there is any problems, he makes sure they are dealt with quickly.
At first i had alot of doubts in regards to my website but I couldn't be happier with the final product
