Bemunchie were great to deal with and so patient during the creation of my website for childrens parties and event entertainment. They were easy to reach when I needed them and their process of keeping the client updated and involved as the website progresses was wonderful and very efficient. They catered all of my needs which were quite specific, to give me a website which has a very professional finish and ultimately reflects my business in a fabulous way. In terms of price - really reasonable and I feel I got great value for my money. Very happy and would recommend their services for those looking.

After spending 4 months with nothing to show and having been ripped off by two website designers (please beware there are sharks out there) Bemunchie saved the day. Well after reading some of the reviews on here seems I’m not alone cowboy company complete rip offs couldn’t organise jack crap honestly quick enough taking 400 off you only to be advised another yet another yet another person dealing with website I don’t think it even got designed absolute hillbillies. The took 400 passed me to about 10 different people still didn’t have a clue then invoice me for another 400 no website even done give up in the end absolute crap company do not use do not part with a penny kids in school could do a better job. Emailed you loads of times asking for my refund so send me my refund absolute shocking experience keep well away just in reply you speaking absolute fri the moment someone got in touch I was passed to loads of different people who never knew what they were doing I had a website done recently 5 weeks amazing website amazing sane person right through execellent aftercare your company s shamefull I think you should close down your website was utter crap

I have been very satisfied with Bemunchie service. They are very responsive and understand quickly our demand.
I needed some times to create my website and my time was always respected. Lara has been an amazing adviser and gave me many useful tips and options. She was always available over the phone for any details.
Even after my website went online I was still able to communicate with them for small changes.

good service and detailed level work carried out by Bobby and his team.
we gave a spec of what we wanted and whilst it took longer than expected, given the bespoke nature of the site it was expected.
we had many revisions to both the content and design which were all made to our satisfaction. although content was requested majority was delivered by our team (I guess it hard to be a specialist in all fields to be fair)

Pros: competitive pricing, listen to client needs and good team of designers

Cons: timings could have been communicated more clearly.

Overall - satisfied with what we paid and what was delivered.

Where do I begin?
It took over 4 months of broken promises, lies, silence and constant problems to finally get a very basic & simple website launched. The fact that I now know about php levels, SSL certificates, c-Panel features and Wordpress database tells you how useless the Bemunchie team are.
After almost 4 months a day before we were supposed to launch our new website we noticed that they had made a carbon copy of our main competitor's previous website (even word for word their tag lines and design).
They outsource everything to foreign countries and I spent an insane amount of time talking between our hosting provider and bemunchie. They used the same images multiple times on the same pages and in the end we made so many compromises just to finally get an average website launched and are now spending time completing it ourselves.
Whats worse is after they launched it, they disabled our other website covering our company's other division.

Mandy and Joanna helped both with our logo and with our website. Very happy with the end result and with the experience from start to finish. They offer a complete package and will be using some of their other services in the future.

Been working with Bobby and his team for the last four years and couldn’t ask for more from them. Always a first class service.
