Bemunchie is the most cowboy company I have had the unfortunate experience of working with in my opinion, I advise anyone to stay well clear of this company, very un professional, firstly making my logo,what they produce could have been done by a child on word art,so had to pay an extranal company to do this, also had to acquire my own domain name and pay for it, both should have been covered in my contract with Bemunchie but had to do myself,also communication was very poor getting back to me and also cutting me off while trying to get in contact with them, also I'm a drop shipping company And they could not download the catalogue from the company I buy off of,I then had to yet again pay another company to download the catalogue for me, Mark was managing my website he couldn't do anything that I was asking him to do, iv now had to move my website off of there server and pay a new company to do redo my whole site, that I had already paid Bemunchie to do.... keep well away!!!!

I had a new website designed by Bemunchie online ,and they have done a excellent job .
communication was great and the pricing was too.
I will be using them for marketing my new website.

Bemunchie Online is a waste of time and money!
They have been building my site for over 2 months and I am still finding bugs.
To start with, they sent me 5 links to advertise the sites they said they have built! Just to get me onboard! I contacted the site owners and 2 of them confirmed that Bemunchie Online did not build their sites! I have the emails for proof from the site owners. So they have signed me up under false pretences.
Do yourself a favour and hire a professional company for any work you require, as this company is dishonest and can not deliver what they promise.
I have now had to employ another company to make the site functional. They had to use a plugin to make a responsive, mobile menu! The plugin never did what it was supposed to do, crashing my site on 2 occasions. This plugin has now been removed and replaced.
Yes, they are cheap! But in the end, it will cost you more to put the site right.
If you want a professional-looking website, then you have come to the wrong company.
Save yourself time and money and look elsewhere

I had no previous experience or ideas on how to start a website but Mark and the team have given me step by step advise and plentiful emails on progress of the site build . Mark has bent worked extremely hard to rectify things when I have changed my mind on things. I would highly recommend them to anyone who like me needs help setting up a new business and its website

I had two sites built by Bemunchie, both turned out great. My queries along the way of both sites being built have always been answered by both Bobby & Mandy via calls and emails. I can't thank Bobby, Mandy & Adrian enough for the websites they have built for my business and the patience they had for me and my wife. My site constantly needs updates and the support for that has always been very good. I've been given support videos so I can do updates myself. A genuinely great service, will continue to use.

We found Bemunchie Online and contacted them to create a website for our business. Their Terms and conditions agreement was signed in August and a deposit of almost £1000 was paid to them. A refund was requested via email to Bobby in which he responded and agreed that the home page mockup sent by his Designer to us via email did not look like the layout we sent him. He then asked if he could take over the job and do the work instead.

We decided not to work with him anymore due to the lack of organisation, and poor quality of work. It was apparent to us at this point that they did not have a clue of what they were doing and were not the Web Designers for us. We informed them of this and did so within 7 working days so that we could be refunded as stated in their T & C. However, they have since refused to refund our money and we have reported them to Trading Standards and sought legal advice.

This company designed and hosted my website and they provided me with excellent services. Great work. Strongly recommended company for website design and leaflet services

The BeMunchie team are fantastic and they really helped me boost my online presence with a stunning new website. As well as that the person I was in contact with, Bobby, was very patient and answered all my questions when needed. All in all, BeMunchie were fantastic and I’ll be going back for their online marketing services

We came across this team as we were keen to create a website for our new business, but among other things required it to have a dual language function. We spoke to Bobby who was helpful and accommodating and amenable to a little bit of negotiation in terms of price as well as what functionality could be done with the site. Mandy was our main "go to" person during the site build, she was very good with communication and relaying our wishes back to the designer. We spent quite a lot of time trying to get our second language site working well and Mandy was very patient during this time and helping us sort all the corrections and changes that we wanted. Overall a good service and what was most important to us was the very good communication the team had with us.

I don’t enjoy giving bad reviews, but I decided I have to do this out of self respect and also to offer more balanced view of this company after reading all the glowing reviews.

They were friendly on the first phone call and convinced me to work with them. After that it didn’t go so well. I had clear instructions ready and also layout done by a designer, I only needed to update my old website according to the new layout, pretty simple I thought.

The first draft I got from them about a week later was utter mess. It was simply nothing like my layout, something half done, something not done at all, wrong font and logo etc. I didn’t even know why they send it to me and where to start with my comments about it. After longish phone call when I explained, again, that I simply want them to update the font and layout according to the brief I agreed to give them another go. After about another week, when they missed their own deadline, I contacted them (!) and got another draft. I was better, but still a mess. We are talking about a very simple minimal website of few pages, with only one font in 2 sizes. The draft had different font sizes, columns didn’t line up, some things were missing altogether, the look of the paragraphs was changed etc.

I din’t fancy a long and painful journey explaining the obvious problems to a tiny detail again and again so I terminated the job and asked for refund. In their first email it said ‘ We offer a 100% full money back guarantee if you are not happy with our work’ exactly in those words and in bold letters. The result was that they simply refused to acknowledge that it’s not done right and refused to return the money. I was told the money was not refundable after 14 days, which wasn’t stated anywhere and those 14 days I spend mainly waiting to get stuff from them.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Mandy was very patient and accommodating throughout our website creation journey. Really impressed with the quality and value of our new website, highly recommended!
