I cannot recommend Bennison Brown highly enough. My partner and I had our timeline moved forward with regards to buying our first home together and felt incredibly nervous and unprepared to start the journey. However, Keith and Susan were nothing short of fantastic in making the time to walk us through the process and assist us in organising everything quickly and efficiently. They were there to answer every question (no matter how silly!) and to cover every detail to ensure nothing was missed. Not only did they take a lot of the stress away, they managed to get our offer back in record time! (The estate agents had mentioned they'd never had a formal mortgage offer come back so soon after the accepted offer.)
