This place is a total rip off thay say you can take stuff back if your not happy with it but thay dont tel you that you dont get your money back thay have done my parents out of £400 as thay took something back this is not good thay are pensinors aswell . DONT BUY ANAYTHING FOR THIS PLACE RIP OFF THAT THAY ARE SHOULD BE A SHAMED STAY AWAY

Staff in store were amazing no pressure to purchase. When we were ready we were taken care of in a professional manner and everything was explained on what happened next. Delivery guys were also excellent and placed mattress in room and explained how to unpack the mattress safely.

Wonderful staff, wonderful experience.
Wayne was super helpful with our purchase and, I must say, he has such a pleasant personality.

Was greeted by Scott and couldn’t have asked for a better advisor. Scott helped us choose the bed and mattress and went an extra mile ensuring we were satisfied with the services. Daisy was very helpful and friendly, made the whole process very easy. Both are great asset to Bensons.
