The service was excellent from beginning to end. From looking at what bed we needed and ordering it.
Then the men that came to assemble it were polite and very organised. Got the job done in quick time. They cleaned up afterwards and took all the excess rubbish away. Very professional

Aftersales service rubbish
Sale and delivery fine but on constructing bed (we didn't pay £95 for something we can do ourselves!) we found 2 vital parts missing which stabilised base so couldn't safely use bed. Customer service adamant they were 'replacement' parts required and couldn't deliver for at least 7 days! After sleeping on an airbed for 5 nights we had been sooooo looking forward to a proper bed! Even speaking to shop next day didn't help as 'nothing to do with them but suppliers' and won't give me details of supplier to chase myself.

Friendly staff
Bought a single bed and mattress. Was very quick and easy nothing was too much trouble. Delivery guys Kevin and Ally were excellent. Very friendly and professional. Had the bed built in no time and cleared up after them. Would definitely recommend to others.
