Very helpful service
We were greeted by a very helpful assistant (from Estonia) on arrival. She asked many questions about our requirements and then she highlight various bed options for us. She highlighted discounted items and my brother purchased a Sealy divan bed with mattress and headboard which was a good price. Looking forward to the bed being delivered in March.

Lied in the press about rescuing jobs!
Said they’d hire Carpetright staff who were affected by redundancy in the newspapers, none of the staff are from Carpetright, they was already hired before the store opened! very immoral company leading on the hopes of desperate people needing work, wouldn’t touch these liars with a barge pole! thanks for nothing as there is still staff from Carpetright looking for work and Bensons For Beds haven’t bothered at all to contact them offering employment!
