Good experience all representatives were polite and helpful only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I asked about recycling my old mattress and was told this is not a service they offered only to find once I received my invoice and other services offered that you did in-fact offer this service not a disaster but disappointing as I’ve now got arrange this service

Pleasant store assistant, asked if we needed help, answered what we needed to know. We wanted to browse and try out the mattress without feeling silly so she left us to do that.
Gave us time to decide which one we liked.
Informed us of delivery date, the time that we could try out the item at home and return it.
Pleasant chat with nice manners.

The staff at the Aberdeen store noticed us quickly and responded immediately to what we wanted. He was good enough to spot we were not interested in anything else, so quickly switched to booking us in and taking payment.
The delivery was efficient and the delivery crew was fast and courteous. Well done all round.

We had purchased bedroom furniture from Bensons in Paisley we needed an extra set of drawers unfortunately they had been discontinued. We called various stores on the chance they had a set on display for sale. On calling a few shops we called Kilmarnock where the Manager was so helpful and checked the stock on line for Scottish stores as he had none. We managed to source a set in Aberdeen. On calling the store the Manager Mark was so helpful and immediately called us back as he wanted to physically check he had a set and the condition, he kindly put them aside and we arranged delivery. The service, politeness and helpfulness from both Kilmarnock and Aberdeen Managers was excellent and we would definitely recommend Benson beds for their customer service and quality of products.
