Horrendous staff attitude in the Aberdeen branch who told my girlfriend after enquiring if the online price was more competitive that "its people like you who put shops out of business" I then decided that I would go online to order a bed only to find that the 8 days delivery promised initially turned into 23 days

My husband and I wanted a new bed frame, headboard and mattress. The first store was Bensons in Union Square Aberdeen branch. Angus showed us the selection they offered, he was very friendly and allowed us to try out all the beds and gave us time to discuss while he helped other customers. We looked at other stores in Aberdeen but the staff were not as helpful as Angus from Bensons and they had great products and great prices in the sale. We bought a bed and are waiting for delivery.

Went into the showroom and the gentleman helped us look for a bed without been forceful.We said we would go for some lunch and come back and we did.

Staff were very friendly and also very helpful. They gave good advice but weren't pushy when it came to buying our mattress. They made sure we were definitely happy before we made our purchase. Nothing was a bother to this young helpful team. Would highly recommend them and we will be back in the future for sure. Also their prices are very acceptable and they have something for all budgets

What a great service we had at Bensons from the assistant Daisy to spend time showing us all the options, explaining what the types of matress were and trying them out to ensure that they were getting the right bed that we we're looking for. Great help and support through the whole time 👍

I ordered a new Bed and bedroom furniture in white, when it come the bedroom furniture was cream and bed was white.
They will do nothing about it and was told if I return them I will lose 20% on each item, I'm disgusted and now stuck with unmatched furniture after spending nearly £2000.00

Staff very courteous and helpful they also had a great deal of knowledge regarding products for sale.

We visited the Aberdeen store to look at king size mattresses to replace our existing one. Gary gave us excellent advice and was very knowledgeable on the available products. Received a 2 hour delivery slot, then a phone call 30 minutes before they arrived. Impressed with their efficiency and speed at taking the old mattress away and positioning our new one.
Our new I-gel mattress is very comfortable and we are delighted with it!
