Returning customer for second child’s bed
Returned to bensons for purchase of second child’s bed, after purchasing first child’s bed in 2022, weeks wanted the exact same set up really, single bed mattress and headboard, and our order was on the computer but unfortunately no longer available. We looked at a very similar style etc and was able to order, plus staff added a mattress protector and pillow in order for the order to qualify for 20 % off so we got more for less money really.

Small niggles in store, with the order processed incorrectly 4 times. However once we got it right, it was great being able to amend the delivery date (we were waiting for a house completion) and the bed once it was delivered is wonderful. Fab delivery service

Be warned you have a 2 month wait for the wardrobe and if putting together yourself depending on the wardrobe weighs a ton. On opening the contents found the instructions were all in French and with parts not marked made for quite a puzzle. If you know any Frnch DIY body builders get them in.

Fantastic customer service, we were welcomed by Elaine who has great knowledge of the all the products sold in the store. She explained all the different mattresses that were available and helped me choose the one perfect for me.
