Benson’s staff are a credit to the Company. No hard sell in the store and most helpful when you need it. I was kept well informed by email and text on the progress of my order. The new mattress was delivered on target and the delivery staff were courteous.

Staff in the Aintree shop were very helpful and informative about the types of mattress they sell and helped us try out various ones. The whole process was quick and efficient with regular emails letting us know the progress until delivery. The delivery team were exceptional, arriving on time and helped me move a bookcase which was making it difficult getting the mattress upstairs. 5 star service also.

New Mattress
Bought a new mattress from Bensons in Aintree. Staff were very helpful and thought we had picked our new mattress. A week after it had been delivered we realised it wasn't for us. We went back to the shop and Claire helped us choose a new mattress. Nothing was a problem. She was very kind and helped us choose a more comfortable mattress without any stress whatsoever. Would highly recommend all the staff and store. Five star service without any problems. Thanks Claire 💙
