Great choice and quality of Beds and Mattresses
At Bensons for Beds we found a superb range of beds and mattresses to choose from, however our experience was made even better by the exceptional and professional attention and help we received from our salesman Chris, he was very friendly and informative throughout.

Very easy shopping trip
Lyndsay was very helpful, answered all my questions and enabled me to choose my mattress with ease. She wasn't pushy at all and that made me feel much less pressured. Hope she's there next time I shop at Bensons.

Well laid out shop with a huge selection. Lyndsy was nice and very helpful in helping us choose our mattress.
After using the bed for a time we’re not whole happy with it. After Lyndsy saying we needed a medium mattress but because I mentioned it was going on a sprung base we were told we would need a firm mattress. We also told her we always buy a sprung mattress but her suggestion was to have a foam type. Being of an elderly age it isn’t practical for us to turn it around every couple of months. Luckily enough we recycle our old mattress to our 2nd bedroom which we now use.

Excellent service
Claire from the aintree store was fantastic with me and my little boy when we were shopping for his new bed and mattress. I wasn’t planning on buying his bed and mattress from bensons we were just testing out the mattresses but Claire was brilliant telling me about the offers available and showing me different size beds and different mattresses she made my little boy feel comfortable enough to lie down and test out the mattresses giving him a pillow and telling him to put his feet up and relax. Brilliant service, bed all ordered and delivery date chosen!

The Sales Assistant Chris was very help making us decide which bed was suitable for us, he was very knowledgeable and spent time making sure we got the correct mattress for our needs, we were dealt with in a very professional manner and even though there was issues with the systems in store on that day we were dealt with quickly when coming to place the order
