From the moment I walked into the store until my new bed was delivered, the sales assistant (Tara), the customer service team at head office & the delivery men went above & beyond. This is definitely the smoothest purchase from start to finish that I’ve ever made. I would highly recommend Bensons for Beds & I will definitely use them again in the future.

Our experience with all aspects of Bensons for Beds has been excellent. The sales assistant was very helpful and provided good advice to help us choose the right mattress. Communication per delivery was great and the mattress was delivered exactly as expected. The delivery team were very friendly and chirpy for a Monday morning and also gave some good advice. Great service from Bensons
We have been researching for a new bed for a couple of weeks now. Bensons for beds became the chosen supplier after the outstanding help and guidance from the staff on our previous visits. The service was far in excess of other retailers.
Having chosen Bensons we visited the store to make a purchase. Tara was the assistant and remembered us from a previous visit which increased our positive views.
Tara took time to understand our requirements and explained the options available. She then left us to consider her suggestions.
Having chosen the bed frame, the next step was to pick a mattress. Tara explained the different types and advantages. So many options, we had to have a lie down (good job we were in a bed store). Testing the different types and firmness allowed us to make a final decision.
Tara took us through the payment process and explained the options and discounts available. She also explained the warranties for both bed and mattress along with the delivery timescales and process.
All things considered, we were very satisfied and pleased with the process and Tara is a great advert for Bensons.
