Good selection of mattresses to try before you buy with no pressure selling, just helpful advice.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, they went through everything with me and explained everything very clearly.
Would highly recommend, will definitely be going back again.

The staff in the Andover store are really friendly and helpful. They are let down by the website showing products that are no longer available in the colour we wanted as available to order and not being able to offer the same deals available on line( free pillow offer on 2 x Kuban bedside cabinets). Having spent an hr in the store a couple of weeks ago. We wanted to place the order in branch but didn't as would not have received the free pillows. It seems a shame that you are disadvantaging your employees in this way.

The shop assistant was fabulous, he listened to our needs of what we wanted in a bed, he was knowledgeable about different products, he took his time to ensure we were happy with our purchase.

A first class experience when it came to selecting a replacement mattress for our bed. Initially undecided which was the best option for our new mattress given the vast range available at Bensons for Beds we were assisted in making the right choice for us by the staff who took us through the benefits of each mattress is the various degrees of hardness. Having made our choice we were then offered the choice of delivery dates to suit our own timetable of other appointments. All through the staff could not have been more pleasant and attentive which made the who,e experience first class. Thank you.

We visited Bensons For Beds Andover store as we wanted to purchase a new bed. We were looked after by a lovely young man who had just recently started at the company. He took the time to explain all the different types of mattresses, bases and headboards. He listened to our requirements and helped us try different beds to find the one that was best for us. Very good service, lovely, helpful staff. We are very happy and we highly recommend this store.
