Bensons For Beds - Andover Reviews 

My wife and I had a very good experience on our visit to Benson Beds.
We were welcomed by Gay the shop assistant and were shown and told about the items we were interested in with a very professional and relaxed attitude.
The whole process was explained very well and we left the shop feeling very happy after purchasing a New bed and mattress.

I was very happy with service received from visiting showroom to delivery of my bed the service was professional and helpful.

Went to purchase a new mattress. Tbe staff were helpful but not overbearing.

I found the experience great. I found the salesperson called Tara super helpful and informative. She was not pushy or tried any sales talk, she was only there to help. She was my deciding factor to go for the sale. Plus it was extremely nice to have a normal chat with her as well.

The instructions are all in French and weren't easy to follow. Not all if the screws were included

Customer advisor was knowledgeable and advised us without hard sell. We didn't purchase on the format day but went back the next day and saw the same advisor and completed the purchase.

Very badly run company. Went to the local store, left messages online and no one did anything. If you want to change your order they will charge you a horrendous more than 20% extra charge. The other item came damaged as well. No compensation or leniency for the customer if they make mistakes and they make PLENTY! The delivery people were too lazy to move the mattress upstairs. Said it did not fit did and did not even try, so we did and it went up smoothly. The worst company I have ever shopped at. Will never ever shop with Bensons ever again. The recent reviews online gave Bensons poor marks. Customer service nonexistent!

I was very impressed with the Andover store and the range of mattresses. My partner quickly found a mattress that was perfect for us. Tara, the store assistant was brilliant and knowledgeable without being too pushy. Just right.
Having found the right mattress it was much more money than I planned to spend. I left my debit card at home and only had a limited amount of cash on me.
I planned to go back later in the afternoon and purchase the mattress but ran out of time. Consequently I looked it up online and ordered it last night.
My only regret is not having the time to make the purchase through Tara after putting in the work and preparing the quote.
